ConstructionOnline™ Publish Report for the Week of April 25, 2022

UDA Technologies continues to invest in the speed & stability of UDA ConstructionOnline™ with regular updates, enhancements, and new features added to the award-winning construction project management platform, including - 

CALL LOGS

  • Users can now add multiple Contacts to a single Call Log
    • The Call Log will show on the Contact Timeline for each associated Contact
    • The Call Log will appear in activity results when filtering by any one of the associated Contacts

NOTIFICATIONS

  • Option added to "Mute Notifications" within ConstructionOnline Notification Settings, which allows users to disable all ConstructionOnline Notifications with a single click. 
    • Conversely, when ConstructionOnline Notifications are muted, an option to "Unmute Notifications" restores ConstructionOnline Notifications, applying previously saved Notification Settings. 

REPORTS

  • Added the Approved Selections Report to ConstructionOnline's library of Financial Reports. The Approved Selections Report compiles a summary of all "Approved" Selections' Choices for the selected Project. 
  • Added option for users to be able to include Company Overhead & Margin on the Estimate v. Invoiced Report
  • Enhanced system handling of ampersands (&) in ConstructionOnline Company Names, specifically in instances where the Company Name for Reports auto-populated from the Company's Public Profile and has not been saved/committed by a ConstructionOnline Company User within the Document Header & Footer Settings

CHECKLISTS & PUNCH LISTS

  • Updated Import/Export options for Checklists and Punch Lists, specifically accounting for the inclusion of Items and Item Issues without a listed Due Date. Items and Item Issues without listed Due Dates now successfully Import/Export and maintain an empty Due Date field. 

CLIENTLINK™ / TEAMLINK™ PORTAL

  • Improved system handling of Selection Approvals from within the ClientLink™ / TeamLink™ Portal so that the Portal Display is immediately updated to reflect the entered Approval and a refresh of the Portal is no longer required. 

MESSAGES

  • Updated system handling of Messages to ensure successful loading of Message Inbox after a Contact who was CC'd or BCC'd on a Message Conversation has been removed from the Company Contacts List. 

CLIENT SELECTIONS

  • The Excel Export for Client Selections now includes a column for "Item Webpage" listed in the Selection Choices' Details.
