CLIENTLINK™ / TEAMLINK™ PORTAL

  • ClientLink and TeamLink users may now add signatures to Punch Lists and Checklists
    • In order for ClientLink and TeamLink Users to be able to add a signature to Punch List or Checklist, they must have “Allow [ClientLink/TeamLink] users to sign [Punch Lists/Checklists]” permissions enabled.
      • This permissions option is disabled by default, but can be enabled at any time.
    • Additionally, they must be assigned as a Viewer or Editor on the list in order to sign.
      • Once added, ClientLink and TeamLink Users cannot remove signatures.

LEAD TRACKING

  • Updated the external Lead Capture Form URL to use HTTPS
  • Updated system logic so that Non-Admin Company Users with “Can Create, Edit, & Delete” Lead Tracking permissions are able to convert ClientLink Contacts to Leads 

MESSAGES 

  • Added the ability for Non-Admin Company Users to add Contacts to existing Message Conversations that include Company Administrators 

ONCOST™ ESTIMATING 

  • Confirmed exporting Estimates from all reporting features is successful in all instances and now offers users three export options: Export for Reference, Export for Import, and Export for Accounting 

REDLINE™

  • Added the ability to print, email, and/or download Redline Sheets created as blank sheets 

FILES

  • Verified that restoring a previously nested Folder/Album after deletion will place the nested Folder/Album at the top level of All Files 

ONPLAN™ SCHEDULING

  • Ensured schedules imported from MS Project files import successfully in all instances  

TO DOS

  • Verified Reminder times do not revert to GMT after refresh 

RFIS

  • Updated system logic so that ClientLink and/or TeamLink Users CC’d on RFIs can no longer mark RFIs as “Resolved”
