Recent developments include - 

#### INVOICING 

- Added option to **create Invoices from scratch**, mirroring the flexibility and ease of use found in Purchase Orders.

#### ACCOUNT INTEGRATION

- Updated **Google Calendar integration **to ensure seamless and reliable connectivity following recent changes to Google's API.  

#### NAVIGATION

- Introduced **intuitive ribbon toolbars** in both ***Scheduling*** and ***Estimating***, centralizing key controls and features for greater ease and efficiency. 

#### TIME TRACKING

- Enhanced Time Tracking controls to include **time shift limitations**.  
    - Admin Users can now set ***daily hour limits*** for time shifts.
    - When a user exceeds the set daily limit, both the user and Admins can receive push notifications and email alerts detailing all shifts and total hours, including paid lunches and breaks. 
          - **Note**: While this enhancement allows Admins the option to prevent the creation of new shifts after the limit is reached (both in the app and via browser), it does not automatically clock a user out of an ongoing shift. The user has the option to clock out or continue. 

#### COMPANY REPORTING

- New **Combined Summary Report **introduced for ***Estimating***** *Reports***, offering unparalleled flexibility in analyzing estimate data. 
    - The report's ***compound custom breakdown filters**** *allow users to combine multiple criteria for incredibly precise insights into project costs, including -  
          - **Room **
          - **Phase **
          - **Group **
          - **Trade**
          - **Stage**
          - **Classification **
          - **Type**
          - **Resource**
    - Users can dynamically ***group their report data by any of these criteria*** for a clear, organized view, or choose *"None" *for a consolidated list. 
    - Users can tailor their output using both ***D******isplay Columns*** and ***R******eport Options***. The Report Options allow users to include - 
          - **Items with No Value Assignment**
          - **Items with Zero Cost**
          - **Grouping Breakdown Table**
          - **Signature Lines**
    - Flexible print orientation option allows users to generate the report in either ***P******ortrait* **or ***L******andscape ***mode to best accommodate for the content and column selection. 
    - This new report is easily accessible from all locations where other estimate summary reports are found and mirrors their styling for a consistent and familiar user experience. 
- Added a new **wait timer **to the ***Financial Reports*** section. This prevents issues with report generation by ensuring all financial data is fully loaded before attempting to launch the report settings modal. 
- Confirmed that ***filters*** are now correctly applied when generating the **Lead Overview Report**. 

#### CLIENTLINK™ PORTAL

- Ensured that re-adding a previously removed ClientLink User correctly restores their access to Projects.

#### QUICKBOOKS ONLINE (QBO) 

- Implemented new checks when **linking Projects and Customers to QuickBooks Online**. Should any field exceed QBO's character limits, users will receive a clear warning message indicating the specific field(s) and limit(s), preventing sync errors. 
- Verified that **single line item Invoices** are correctly sent from ConstructionOnline to QuickBooks Online. 

#### WARRANTY TRACKING 

- Confirmed that the **"Warranty Details" dynamic table** loads correctly and consistently. 

#### ONPLAN™ SCHEDULING 

- Verified that setting a Contact as an *"Editor" *or *"Viewer"* for a Schedule accurately reflects their intended level of access. 

#### ONCOST™ PURCHASING 

- Confirmed that payment items created from additional Purchase Order items, Bill items, and Receipt items are correctly sent to QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

#### CO™ MOBILE

- Improved the Newsfeed to display an informational pop-up instead of an error message when users attempt to open deleted items.
