UDA continues to invest in the speed & stability of ConstructionOnline™ with regular updates, enhancements, and new features added to the award-winning construction management platform, including - 

ANNOUNCEMENTS

  • The Contact Selector for Announcements correctly and completely loads all Contacts in every expected instance. 

TIME TRACKING

  • Time Summary: On the Clock
    • A location icon 📍 will be displayed in the "Location" column for any/all Clocked-In Employees with available Location Data.
      • Green location icon: Start Location
      • Orange location icon: Current Location
  • Time Summary: Employees
    • A new "location" column has been added to the Employees Table. This column is represented by a gray location icon; a colored location icon will appear in this column when/if Location Data is available for the related shift. 
      • Green location icon: Start Location
      • Orange location icon: Current Location
      • Red location icon: End Location
    • Tapping on any location icon will open the Time Tracking Map and zoom in on the referenced location. 
  • Time Tracking Map
    • A new "location" column has been added to the Employee List for the Time Tracking Map. This column is represented by a gray location icon; a colored location icon will appear in this column when/if any tracked Location Data is available for the related employee. 
      • A blue location icon on the Time Tracking Map will represent multiple markers tagged to the same location. Tapping on this location icon will expand the display to show all individual markers.

CO™ MOBILE APP

  • Additional controls added to Time Tracking in CO™ Mobile:
    • Company Admin Users may require that Location Tracking is enabled on the device before a user can Clock-In via Time Tracking using the mobile app. 
    • When enabled, Location Tracking is no longer limited to instances of Clock-In / Clock-Out, rather Location Tracking is tracked throughout the duration of the designated shift. 
    • Settings have been added, allowing users to "Set a Schedule," designating a Start and End Time for active Location Tracking per day. 
      • Location Tracking will only be active within the days and times set in the schedule or when the user is actively using Time Tracking
    • The Team Map view has been updated to display the latest location available for users who are "On the Clock."
    • New & improved location markers on the Team Map view offer better visibility for the display of all available locations. 
    • The Time Sheet Overview has been updated to include a Map view that will include any available tracked location data. 
      • Green location icon: Start Location
      • Red location icon: End Location
      • Orange location icon: Any location data outside the 20m radius

MISC

  • Expanded support for additional special characters to display in the title of all modals and wizards that may include the name of any Projects, Opportunities, Contacts, etc. 
  • Added functions that allow users to define the ordering for default text blocks in the Manage Default Text Blocks modal.
