Comments are now available for Invoicing and Payments, bringing financial communication into the same streamlined, contextual workflow used across ConstructionOnline's project management tools. As a result, invoice- and payment-related discussions remain clear, centralized, and directly connected to the corresponding financial records.

- Company Admin Users and other authorized Company Users can manage Comments directly from the "Invoices" or "Payments" lists, using either the Comments column or by right-clicking a specific record.
- When Invoicing is enabled within ClientLink Settings, Comments may be shared with any of the Project's ClientLink Users, enabling transparent client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
ONCOST™ PURCHASING
- Cost Codes can now be applied to individual Items within Expenses & Receipts, providing clearer cost attribution and improved financial accuracy across construction purchasing workflows.

- Reminder Recipients consistently display as expected, ensuring total clarity on who will receive certificate reminders.
