ONCOST™ PURCHASING

New TeamLink™ Integration! ConstructionOnline's OnCost Purchasing now seamlessly integrates with the TeamLink Portal—enabling vendors to view, approve, and reject Purchase Orders (POs) directly in the system for faster, more collaborative workflows. 

  • Release Purchase Orders (POs) to assigned TeamLink Users (Vendors), who receive email notifications with PO details and available action options.
  • Enhanced Purchase Order management in ConstructionOnline with additional options: 
    • PO Acceptance 
    • PO Verification 
    • Requests for Payment 
  • Access & Permissions
    • Available for company accounts with subscriptions that include both OnCost Purchasing and Client & Sub Portals
    • Within TeamLink Settings, Purchasing permissions (under Financials) must be enabled for TeamLink Users to have the ability to view, approve, and reject POs they're assigned to. 

INVOICING

  • "Paid to Date" values for Change Orders included on Invoices now display correctly for all clients within the Financial Summary, ensuring clear and reliable billing records.

MEETING MINUTES

  • The "Delete" button on the Agenda Item blade menu is properly labeled to prevent confusion and ensure confident removal of Agenda Items. 

COMMENTS

  • Saving changes from the Comment Details modal no longer removes Company Users from the Comment, preserving contributor visibility and communication accuracy. 

TEAMLINK™ PORTAL 

  • The Agenda View now includes a "Needs Attention" section, bringing the same streamlined, at-a-glance visibility offered in the ClientLink™ Portal and helping vendors stay aligned with project priorities.
