CHECKLISTS

  • Added the ability to change the order of Checklists and Checklist Folders
    • The “Set Folder/Checklist Order” button now appears in the top right of the Checklists pane when viewing a Checklist or Folder that has not been drilled into or that is not open within the Item Issues view 
      • Clicking the “Set Folder/Checklist Order” button will open the Checklist Order window where users can click and drag Checklists and/or Folders from an interactive list to rearrange the order
    • Users can also access the Checklist Order window by right-clicking any Checklist or Folder and selecting the “Set Order” button 
    • The order of Checklists and Checklist Folders applies company-wide—it is not a user-specific preference 
    • Company Users must have “Can Create, Edit, & Delete” Checklist permissions to change the order of Checklists and Checklist Folders 
  • Verified all action buttons and page elements display in all page load instances 

NAVIGATION 

  • Full Project Names now appear in a popover when users mouse over a Project on the Left Sidebar 

GAMEPLANS

  • Updated system logic so that Checklist Creators are no longer set as Checklist Editors to prevent GamePlans from including Checklist Items that are not explicitly assigned to the recipient 

PUNCH LISTS 

  • Confirmed all action buttons and page elements display in all page load instances 

CHANGE ORDERS

  • Updated system logic so that the options associated with the Client Selections three-dot action menu do not launch when users click on the Classification cell in the Change Order Details modal 

CLIENT SELECTIONS

  • Confirmed all action buttons are accessible within the Selection Details modal in all instances 

TO DOS

  • Ensured only users with “Can Create, Edit & Delete” To Do Lists permissions can access the “(+) Add New To Do” button

 CO MOBILE

  • Verified using the iOS default mail app’s reply button to reply to an RFI or a Message does not post a blank response
