The new Proposal Wizard allows users to create detailed, comprehensive Proposals with on-the-fly style and content controls. Users can customize Proposals utilizing **OnPoint™ Proposal Wizard** options like:** ** - **Document Preview: **Updates through manual push on the right-hand side of the screen as users select their options - **Detail Settings - Estimate: **Automatically selects options for Totals, Tax & Dollar Markup, and Additional Detail Options based on the option chosen from the visibility selector within the Wizard. Estimate visibility options include: Hide Estimate Table; Show Categories Only; Show Categories and Subcategories; Show Categories, Subcategories, and Items; Show Categories and Items; Show Subcategories and Items; & Show Items Only  - Note that the Categories, Subcategories, and Items; Categories and Items; Subcategories and Items; and Items Only options are **only** available for 3-Level Estimates - **Detail Settings - Selections:** Automatically selects options for Totals and Additional Detail Options based on the option chosen from the visibility selector. Selection visibility options include: Hide Selections Table, Show Categories Only, and Show Categories and Selections.  - **Classification and Tax Totals: **Choose to include breakdowns of the Classification and Tax Totals - **Company Overhead & Margin: **Choose to include Company Overhead & Margin and how it should display on the Proposal - **Unit Cost Decimal Settings:** This option is enabled when using the “Prorated throughout contract” Company Overhead & Margin option and allows users to choose how many decimal places show when Tax, Markup, or Company Overhead & Margin are prorated into the Unit Cost and displayed on the Proposal - **Proposal Preparation / Expiration Dates: **Users can choose to display and enter specific Preparation and Expiration Dates for the Proposal - **Document Styling Options:** Users can customize styling options such as:  - Table Header & Border Settings including Header Colors, Vertical & Horizontal Borders, and Total Row Color - Image Settings if applicable; only available for 3-Level Estimates - Document Row Density with options for Standard, Comfortable, or Compressed spacing  - Portrait or Landscape Document Orientation - **Upper and Lower Default Text Blocks: **Users can create, edit, and manage the default text blocks that appear on their proposals within the OnPoint™ Proposal Wizard #### **COMPANY SETTINGS** - New Autonumbering feature now available for Projects and Opportunities - **Project/Opportunity Numbering Settings** can be found within the **Company Settings**  - Project and Opportunity Number Settings are independent of one another, but there are some options within Opportunity Numbers that require Project Numbering to be active  - ConstructionOnline™ can automatically assign numbers to Projects as they are created if the “**Use Automatic Numbering**” switch is toggled “**ON**”  - The Numbering Scheme uses a Mask and a Seed to generate each **Project Number** - The Mask is used to format the number and consists of any combination of characters. It also provides automated fields such as year, month, and day.  - The Seed is the initial number for the character set that follows the Mask. It is automatically incremented by 1 when a new project is created.  - Mask Setting + Seed Setting = **Project Number**  - A preview of the number can be seen at the bottom of the window.  - When creating a New Project: - If Project Numbering is “**OFF**,” the Project Number will be left blank.  - If Project Numbering is “**ON**,” the Project Number will populate based on the Project Mask and Seed Settings. - ConstructionOnline™ can also automatically assign numbers to Opportunities as they are created if the “**Use Automatic Numbering**” switch is toggled “**ON**” - The Numbering Scheme uses a Mask and a Seed to generate each **Opportunity Number**  - The Mask and Seed are determined the same way that **Project Numbers** are determined - Mask and Seed Settings for Opportunities are independent from Mask and Seed Settings for Projects - There is an option within Opportunity Project Numbering to **Mirror Automatic Project Number**. If engaged, New Opportunities will generate a Project Number according to the Project Numbering Settings and the Opportunity Number will be set to mirror that Project Number.  - The **Mirror Automatic Project Number** option is only enabled when both Project Numbering and Opportunity Numbering are “**ON**”. - When creating a new Opportunity: - If Project Numbering is “**OFF**” and Opportunity Numbering is “**ON**,” the Project Number will be left blank and the Opportunity Number will populate based on the Opportunity Mask and Seed Settings. - If Project Numbering and Opportunity Numbering are both “**OFF**,” both the Project Number and Opportunity Number will be left blank.  - If Project Numbering and Opportunity Numbering are both “**ON**,” the Project Number is left blank and the Opportunity Number will populate based on the Opportunity Mask and Seed Settings. - If Project Numbering is “**ON**” and Opportunity Numbering is “**OFF**,” both the Project Number and Opportunity Number will be left blank.  - When converting an Opportunity to a Project: - If Opportunity Numbering is “**OFF**,” then no change will be made to the Project Number.  - If Opportunity Numbering is “**ON**,” then the Project Numbering will populate according to the Project Mask and Seed Settings so long as the Project does not have an existing Project Number.  - When editing a Project or Opportunity, ConstructionOnline™ will not change the existing Project or Opportunity Number, even if it is blank. #### **CALL LOGS** - Added the ability for users to export their **Call Logs** to Excel #### **QUICKBOOKS ONLINE INTEGRATION** - **ConstructionOnline™ QuickBooks Integration** is now compatible with the South African Rand (ZAR)  #### **COMPANY PROJECTS** - The **Opportunity Details** tab now appears in the **Project Details** for Projects converted from Opportunities.
