This week's release includes a series of enhancements designed to improve accuracy, performance, and overall user experience across multiple features -
ONCOST™ PURCHASING
- WIP (Work in Progress) and TrueVision Reports now utilize Purchasing Actuals to provide more comprehensive and accurate project insights.
- Resolved issues related to projects without an estimate, including removal of the Estimate tab link and correction of Items table display within PO, Bill, and Payment extension blades, ensuring seamless navigation and accurate rendering.
CHANGE ORDERS
- Change Order notification emails display the proper Client Price information, ensuring accuracy in all client communications.
DAILY LOGGING
- Combined Log Reports generate as expected for users working with the International Date Format (DD/MM/YYYY).
MEETING MINUTES
- Agenda Items are correctly included when creating new Meetings from Meeting Templates.
- Users can now create Meetings without Agenda Items, allowing for more flexibility in meeting preparation.
COMPANY PROJECTS / OPPORTUNITIES
- Additional Contacts in Project Teams display as intended.
- Key Roles and Project Teams are properly applied when creating a Project or Opportunity from a Project Template.
- Adding Cost Codes to an Opportunity no longer converts the Opportunity into a Project Template, preserving intended workflows and streamlining Opportunity management.
ACCOUNTING INTEGRATION
- Importing invoiced amounts into ConstructionOnline does so accurately and consistently, even in instances where HST is modified and/or removed. Amounts now match in the Accounting Integration tab and history, ensuring reliable, accurate financial records.
- Change Orders now send to QuickBooks Online (QBO) under the Parent Item Name: "UDA Change Orders."
INVOICING
- Navigating to specific Project Invoices from Company Overview > Invoicing loads instantly for a smoother, faster experience.
TIME TRACKING
- Total Hour calculations properly handle Paid/Unpaid Lunches and Breaks in all instances.
- Updates to Paid/Unpaid status are correctly reflected in the Employee Time Summary table and Time Tracking Reports, ensuring precise tracking and reporting.
PERFORMANCE
- Optimized Scheduling for faster, more responsive project management.
- Improved efficiency for ConstructionOnline's File Editor (TXEditor)when loading Project and File information.
- Reduced load times for Punch List and Checklist Issues, streamlining construction project tracking and quality control.
- Reduced load times for WIP financial data, providing quicker access to critical project insights.
