Company Users can now take advantage of expanded customization options when generating Detailed Invoices and Summary Invoices:

• Add Signature Lines: Ensure every invoice is appropriately signed off on by incorporating signature lines directly onto Invoices - improving project documentation and streamlining approval processes. 
• Insert Default Text Blocks: Effortlessly include standardized invoice messaging with simple, straightforward options for formatting, saving, and applying default text for construction billing.
• Enhanced "Please Pay" Display: Communicate clear billing expectations by choosing whether to display the Remaining Balance or the Total Invoice Amount in the "Please Pay" section.
• Expanded Invoice Totals Breakdown now includes - 
  • Invoice Total
  • Paid to Date
  • Remaining to be Paid
• Customize Detailed Invoices with a new option to Select Columns to Include. Available columns include:
  • Item/Service Price
  • Item/Service Percentage
  • Paid to Date for this Invoice
  • Total Remaining for this Invoice
  • Invoiced to Date (%)
  • Invoiced to Date ($)

Additionally, ConstructionOnline now supports Full-Screen Mode for Company Users when creating Invoices in ConstructionOnline. By offering the Invoice Report Options modal in full-screen mode, the ConstructionOnline Team allows for more efficient customization and review of invoice settings before finalization.
