UDA is excited to announce a new “Draft” state available for Messages within ConstructionOnline’s Lead Tracking. Initially rolled out for Project Messages in 2022, the “Draft” state provides construction companies with greater flexibility and control over their lead communication processes by automatically saving user-entered Messages & Replies prior to them being sent.
With Message Drafts for Lead Tracking, users can easily pick up where they left off in any given conversation and continue to compose and review their messages before sending—improving the quality and clarity of lead interactions. Users will find the “Drafts” tab positioned between the “Active” and “Archived” tabs in the Lead Tracking Messages tool. Messages & Replies in the new “Draft” state will only be available to their individual creator until Sent.
