UDA Technologies was recently recognized by Auburn University for a donation made to the College of Education. With the support of donations like these, the Office of Educational Leadership & Advancement hopes to provide micro-credential badge courses, at no cost, for teachers and administrators.
Micro-credentials are short, competency-based recognitions that allow educational professionals to demonstrate mastery in a particular area and expand or maintain required certifications. This program will be the first of its kind in Alabama, offering micro-credential badge programs to teachers and administrators free of charge, in a format that allows them to access courses from anywhere at any time. A long-standing staple of education professional development, these types of focused credentialing programs allow professionals to attain in-demand skills and meet rising industry demands.
Founder & President of UDA Technologies, Michael Stevens, is a proud alum of Auburn University’s College of Architecture, Design, & Construction. Headquartered in Auburn, Alabama, UDA remains closely connected with Auburn University through various advocacy, education, and internship programs.
