This week, ConstructionOnline™ introduced additional administrative controls for Employee Timesheets in New Time Tracking, enhancing timesheet regulation and overall company management.
By applying new Employee Timesheet Requirements, ConstructionOnline Company Admins can define the fields required to be completed by users when clocking in, clocking out, and/or switching jobs in ConstructionOnline™ Time Tracking. Company Admins can enable the following Employee Timesheet Requirements from the Time Tracking Dashboard in ConstructionOnline™ -
1. Employees must enter notes before switching projects or clocking out
2. Employees must choose a cost code before switching projects or clocking out
