ConstructionOnline is excited to announce the release of Comments for Client Selections and Change Orders, a highly anticipated enhancement designed to streamline communication and collaboration within construction projects. 

Recent updates to ConstructionOnline’s industry-leading tools for construction financial management offer options sure to improve construction change order management. Company Users now have the ability to set the status of ConstructionOnline Change Orders upon duplication, giving users more control over when duplicated Change Orders are finalized and/or ready to be client-facing. 

UDA Technologies recently announced the introduction of a new option that allows for users to export all Company Change Orders to Microsoft Excel in a single document. The addition of this option to ConstructionOnline’s robust library of Financial Reports empowers construction pros with the flexibility to do more with the detailed Change Order data compiled in ConstructionOnline. 

UDA recently added a new Dates Ordered/Delivered Report—available for both ConstructionOnline™ Change Orders and Client Selections—to its extensive library of Financial Reports. Recognizing the crucial role change orders and selections play in overall construction project management, the Dates Ordered/Delivered Report was designed to improve overall visibility of the status of materials, equipment, and other resources needed to bring change orders and selections to completion.

Adding to ConstructionOnline’s powerful change order software, UDA Technologies has released a new Reason for Rejection field available for Change Orders that have been rejected in ConstructionOnline™. The new field now displays when a Company or ClientLink™ User chooses to reject a Change Order—providing a designated space where they can document the reason(s) why the Change Order is being rejected. These details are then safely stored alongside all other Change Order information within ConstructionOnline™ and can be edited if necessary. 

New with ConstructionOnline™ 2023, UDA Technologies recently announced additional areas for client signatures throughout ConstructionOnline™, making documentation and communication more visible and accessible within the industry-leading construction project management software. 

ConstructionOnline™ Users now have the ability to create Purchase Order Reports for Approved Change Orders and Client Selections within ConstructionOnline’s Financial Reporting. These latest additions continue to add depth to the reporting resources available to construction pros who choose ConstructionOnline™.

ConstructionOnline’s recent addition to their industry-leading Change Order feature includes the ability to set Default Markup for Change Orders—an intuitive software solution designed to increase the efficiency of construction pros’ Change Order Management. This new Settings option, exclusively available for Detailed Change Orders, defines the markup calculation to be applied by default to Change Order Line Items in ConstructionOnline™.

ConstructionOnline™ recently announced updates to the system that allow for improved, integrated tracking of Material Orders and Deliveries, specifically pertaining to Change Orders and Client Selections. With new fields for Order/Delivery Dates and Order/Delivery Status, construction pros are able to document and manage Change Orders and Client Selections beyond approval and to completion.
