Joining the recently released Room Summary Report and Phase Summary Report, the 4 new reports include - the Group Summary Report, the Stage Summary Report, the Trade Summary Report, and the Type Summary Report. Following the addition of the Group, Room, Phase, Stage, Trade, and Type columns for construction estimates as part of ConstructionOnline™ 2024, these new financial reports further empower construction professionals to access focused, detailed breakdowns of construction project costs. 

UDA is excited to announce the introduction of a new, discrete sheet within the Export for Reference Excel document for construction estimates. Added to enhance ConstructionOnline’s estimate options when exporting to Excel, the new “Takeoffs” sheet specifically details takeoff data imported into OnCost™ Estimates, providing companies with more comprehensive datasets that can be referenced outside of the industry-leading platform.

UDA Technologies recently announced the ability to make OnCost™ Estimates visible to ClientLink™ Users within ConstructionOnline’s Project Portal. In response to client feedback and an increase in construction companies offering open book/cost plus contracts to their clients, UDA has added the ability to make construction estimates available to clients in a View-Only capacity available for select companies on a case-by-case basis. 

ConstructionOnline™ recently released a new “Last Edited” timestamp for its award-winning construction estimating platform - OnCost™ Estimating. Company Users will now find the “Last Edited” label, which displays the exact date and time of the last edits made to the current estimate, at the top of OnCost Estimating within the Estimate Summary pane. 

ConstructionOnline™ recently announced new Custom Breakdowns options made available to its state-of-the-art OnPoint™ Proposal Wizard. Following the recent addition of Room, Phase, Stage, Trade, Type, Group, Floor, and Building columns to OnCost™ Estimates, ConstructionOnline continues to build powerful ways to utilize the data stored in these estimate columns with the ability to display their information on construction proposals. 

ConstructionOnline™ is excited to announce the addition of eight new data columns available within OnCost™ Estimating. Designed to continue providing construction pros with the most advanced options for creating and maintaining detailed, accurate construction estimates, ConstructionOnline's Advanced OnCost Estimates now include more data fields than ever before with these newly added Estimate Columns: 

ConstructionOnline™ Company Users will find an additional column in the Excel Estimate Template available for importing construction estimates into OnCost™ Estimating. Company Users can now input custom units for Subcategories and/or Line Items in the Unit column of the Excel Estimate Template for import—further extending the flexibility of data points available when transferring financial data into ConstructionOnline. 

UDA recently added a new access point within ConstructionOnline’s OnCost™ Estimating that allows construction companies to create schedules directly from their estimates. Company Users will now find that, in addition to the option available in the Estimating Toolbar, the “Create Schedule from Estimate” option can also be engaged from their estimate’s three-dot action menu. This enhancement makes generating construction schedules from estimate data quicker and easier while saving valuable time and labor. 

UDA Technologies recently announced the release of brand-new Proposal Presets and additional Estimate Proposal controls for ConstructionOnline™ 2023. Proposal Presets are a new & exclusive feature for ConstructionOnline’s powerful Estimate Proposal generator: the OnPoint™ Proposal Wizard.

UDA Technologies recently announced an update to the creation sequence for ConstructionOnline™ OnCost™ Estimates. While still providing Users with flexible options for creating their OnCost™ Estimates, the new creation sequence reinforces ConstructionOnline’s recommended best practice for Estimate creation—choosing a 3-Level Estimate structure.

ConstructionOnline™ Company Users now have the ability to add Attachments to Estimate Line Items within OnCost™ Estimating. The Attachments column is available within any 3-Level OnCost™ Estimate Column View and allows Users to attach important construction photos & documents to their critical financial data. 

ConstructionOnline™ Company Users now have the ability to Copy and Paste Categories, Subcategories, and Items within OnCost™ Estimating. Users will find Copy/Paste controls through the right-click dropdown menu or by using the Ctrl + C (Copy) and Ctrl + V (Paste) keyboard shortcuts.
