Previously, Classification Reports were exclusively available for ConstructionOnline Projects. 

UDA recently added new filter options to the Print Submittal Report available for ConstructionOnline Submittals. Joining a host of existing customization options, ConstructionOnline Print Submittal Reports can now be filtered by Submittal Status, Approver, User Received From, and Due Date. These options provide construction companies with more control when compiling, creating, and sharing construction submittal information from the industry’s #1 rated construction management software platform. 

ConstructionOnline has released several styling and formatting updates to the TrueVision™ Project Score widget found on ConstructionOnline Project Overview pages. Most notably, Company Users will find that the Project Health Score is now displayed in the widget as a percentage, rather than a fraction. This provides users with a more intuitive and easily comparable representation of their Project’s Health for simplified communication and comprehension. Company Users can still find the fraction score label in the bottom left hand corner of the widget or by drilling into the Project Health feature. 

ConstructionOnline™ is excited to announce the addition of eight new data columns available within OnCost™ Estimating. Designed to continue providing construction pros with the most advanced options for creating and maintaining detailed, accurate construction estimates, ConstructionOnline's Advanced OnCost Estimates now include more data fields than ever before with these newly added Estimate Columns:

ConstructionOnline™ recently updated the links included in email notifications for Messages, Transmittals, and Submittals to deliver users directly to the content referenced in the notifications. These updates are the first in a systemwide series planned for ConstructionOnline Notifications, all intended to streamline the user experience by improving access to specific data points directly from notifications. 

UDA Technologies is excited to announce the added ability to change the order of Punch Lists and Checklists in ConstructionOnline™. This highly-requested and highly-anticipated update to ConstructionOnline’s powerful task list management tools allows Company Users to customize the order in which Punch Lists, Checklists, and their respective Folders appear in ConstructionOnline—enhancing the visibility and organization of task lists company-wide.

UDA Technologies recently announced expanded report options available for Request for Quote (RFQ) reports generated from ConstructionOnline™. Joining a host of customizable fields, filters, and display options, Company Users can now choose to include Cost Values on their RFQ reports. This option, available for both Projects and Opportunities in ConstructionOnline, further improves the requisition of initial bids and increases the accuracy of construction estimates for potential and active projects. 

ConstructionOnline™ recently updated how Cost Codes display in the Hours from Work Logs Excel Export available for construction Daily Logs. Introduced in early 2022, the addition of Cost Code data to the Hours from Work Logs Excel Export allows construction pros to clearly see their job costs in comparison to the total hours worked for each Contact assigned to their Work Logs. 

UDA recently added a new Dates Ordered/Delivered Report—available for both ConstructionOnline™ Change Orders and Client Selections—to its extensive library of Financial Reports. Recognizing the crucial role change orders and selections play in overall construction project management, the Dates Ordered/Delivered Report was designed to improve overall visibility of the status of materials, equipment, and other resources needed to bring change orders and selections to completion.

UDA recently added a new access point within ConstructionOnline’s OnCost™ Estimating that allows construction companies to create schedules directly from their estimates. Company Users will now find that, in addition to the option available in the Estimating Toolbar, the “Create Schedule from Estimate” option can also be engaged from their estimate’s three-dot action menu. This enhancement makes generating construction schedules from estimate data quicker and easier while saving valuable time and labor. 

As a part of a continued campaign to make support resources more readily accessible for ConstructionOnline™ Users, UDA recently released an update presenting best practice documentation within the Redline™ Plan upload sequence. A stand-out green icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the upload window signifies “Best practices for uploading your plans," and users can click the hyperlinked text at any point during the upload sequence to access the Redline Planroom Sheet Requirements article in ConstructionOnline’s Knowledge Base. 

UDA is excited to announce a new Milestone Timeline blade available for OnPlan™ Project Scheduling and TrueVision™ Multi-Project Scheduling. The new Milestone Timeline blade features an intuitive, scrollable timeline of all Milestones exclusive to the selected Schedule—making it easy for users to view and measure construction project progress. 

UDA is excited to announce the addition of the Subcontractor Agreement to ConstructionOnline’s robust library of Financial Reports. Now available within the Estimating Reports category, the Subcontractor Agreement allows construction companies to create contracts specifically for subcontractor materials and labor from Estimate Items or from Non-Estimate Line Items. 

UDA recently announced the addition of Status controls for ConstructionOnline™ Opportunities—a dynamic tool within the industry’s leading construction sales management toolkit. ConstructionOnline Users creating or editing Opportunities can now set the Status of the Opportunity to “Live” or “Pending”.

ConstructionOnline™ announced recent enhancements to the system's integrated Lead Capture Form which collects details from new leads online, immediately and automatically adding them to the Company Lead Pipeline. Required Fields for the Lead Capture Form now include First Name, Last Name, and Email Address, and the following Fields have been made Optional meaning they can be shown/hidden on the form and their placeholder text can be adjusted: Phone Number, Street Address, City, State/Province, ZIP/Postal Code, and Information Request. 

UDA recently announced enhancements to reports available for ConstructionOnline Client Selections. Company Users will find that the Pending Selections Report now includes Selection Choice Descriptions and the Selections by Location Report now includes Total Rows. Both updates are a part of an ongoing campaign to add an additional layer of detail to reports generated from selection sheet data stored in ConstructionOnline.
