As a part of a continued campaign to make support resources more readily accessible for ConstructionOnline™ Users, UDA recently released an update presenting best practice documentation within the Redline™ Plan upload sequence. A stand-out green icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the upload window signifies “Best practices for uploading your plans," and users can click the hyperlinked text at any point during the upload sequence to access the Redline Planroom Sheet Requirements article in ConstructionOnline’s Knowledge Base. 

The  article details important best practice recommendations for successfully uploading construction plan sets to ConstructionOnline's Redline Planroom, including: 

• Specific sheet formatting, numbering, & naming requirements;
• Examples of ideal plan sets; &
• A link to ConstructionOnline’s Troubleshooting Redline Planroom Uploads resource which helps users identify solutions for common plan upload issues. 

ConstructionOnline’s Knowledge Base houses a library of 1250+ resources developed and maintained by UDA’s in-house Content Team. With a goal of providing engaging, thorough, and helpful documentation that assists clients with navigating ConstructionOnline, UDA’s Content Team is proud to provide a variety of content within the Knowledge Base for all user types. ConstructionOnline Users will find a growing collection of documentation spanning all ConstructionOnline features including, but not limited to, getting started guides, feature overviews, step-by-step instruction articles, video walkthroughs, and answers to clients’ most frequently asked questions (FAQs). 

As the UDA Content Team continues to expand the support documentation available to ConstructionOnline Users, roadmap predictions indicate resources will continue to be made more accessible within the product itself—similar to the best practices documentation update for Redline Planroom. The ConstructionOnline Knowledge Base can be accessed 24/7 in product by clicking the red “Help” button in the top right-hand corner of ConstructionOnline, by clicking the orange Chat icon in the bottom left-hand corner of ConstructionOnline and selecting “Search Help Articles,” or from the ConstructionOnline website.
