The ConstructionOnline Team recently announced powerful new enhancements to Client Selections, introducing advanced Default Selection Markup Settings designed to help construction teams better capture real-world pricing strategies. These updates give users greater control over how markups are defined and applied, ensuring more accurate project costs and a smoother, more transparent client experience. 

The ConstructionOnline Team recently announced the release of the "All Projects" view for My Agenda within ConstructionOnline's convenient ClientLink™ and TeamLink™ Portals. This new addition expands the functionality of My Agenda by offering clients and subcontractors an intuitive, centralized summary of tasks and items requiring attention across all ConstructionOnline Projects to which they are associated.

With the introduction of the Primary Client designation for Project Teams, construction professionals can now designate any individual ClientLink Contact as the Primary Client for a project - streamlining operations across accounting, reporting, and documentation.

With expanded online access to key project information, these updates reinforce ConstructionOnline's commitment to improving collaboration and transparency for all project stakeholders. 

As part of ongoing efforts to improve platform usability and provide a more intuitive user experience, ConstructionOnline™ recently released a new & improved layout for ClientLink/TeamLink Settings - which control the project information construction clients and subcontractors can access when logging in through the Public Profile.

ConstructionOnline™ is excited to introduce additional Project controls that allow Company Administrators and Project Creators to fine-tune project visibility for ClientLink™ and TeamLink™ Users. Located within the Project Status tab of the Project Details modal, Company Administrators and Project Creators will now find the following updates alongside established Project Status controls - 

UDA Technologies recently announced the ability to make OnCost™ Estimates visible to ClientLink™ Users within ConstructionOnline’s Project Portal. In response to client feedback and an increase in construction companies offering open book/cost plus contracts to their clients, UDA has added the ability to make construction estimates available to clients in a View-Only capacity available for select companies on a case-by-case basis. 

Recent updates to UDA’s award-winning construction management software, ConstructionOnline™, offer improved management of cloud-based selection sheets for construction companies. ConstructionOnline Company Administrators will now find they can choose to show or hide Selection Choice Quantity and Unit Values for construction clients through ConstructionOnline’s convenient online Project Portals. 

Known as the hub for construction communication and collaboration, ConstructionOnline™ provides construction companies with Project Portals where they can invite clients, subcontractors, vendors, and other Project Team members to stay up-to-date on construction project information. ConstructionOnline™ provides two unique designations for both ClientLink™ and TeamLink™ Contacts where Company Users can customize what information is available within each Portal. 

Continuing to increase the flexibility & efficiency in which construction companies can communicate project information with their clients & team members, ConstructionOnline™ recently announced additional ClientLink™  & TeamLink™ permissions options available with ConstructionOnline™ 2023.

UDA Technologies announced recently that ConstructionOnline™ Company Employees can now customize email messages included in Project Invitations delivered to ClientLink™ and TeamLink™ Contacts. This update furthers companies’ options for delivering a fully customized team experience for clients, subcontractors, and more through ConstructionOnline’s convenient online Project Portals.

ConstructionOnline™ Users will find that the date of "Last Login" is now available for ClientLink™ and TeamLink™ Contacts to provide better visibility on access & interaction with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Known as a hub for construction communication and collaboration, the new activity details document when the individual contact last logged into ConstructionOnline.

New, updated login options now ensure the easiest access to vital project data for subcontractors, vendors, and clients users from anywhere at anytime. 

Industry professionals utilizing the #1 rated project management software, ConstructionOnline, can now take advantage of extensive project tax settings when creating Client Selections. Project taxes were originally released in July, and later that same month added to Change Orders. Now, ConstructionOnline has added access to the following tax options for Client Selections:

Access to Punch Lists is now available for ClientLink™ Contacts through ConstructionOnline ClientLink™ Portals. ConstructionOnline ClientLink™ Portals create branded, custom logins for individual project clients to be able to access critical project information, and the addition of Punch Lists to this feature set enhances ConstructionOnline™ users’ communication & visibility with construction clients. 

UDA Technologies recently introduced the Pending Selections Report to ConstructionOnline™ which allows for Company Employees to generate documentation of Client Selections still pending approval on an individual project in ConstructionOnline™.
