Industry professionals utilizing the #1 rated project management software, ConstructionOnline, can now take advantage of extensive project tax settings when creating Client Selections. Project taxes were originally released in July, and later that same month added to Change Orders. Now, ConstructionOnline has added access to the following tax options for Client Selections:
- Country Specific Tax Types: US, UK, Canada, Australia, and more
- Customizable Tax Types: GST, PST, HST, VAT, Federal, State, Local
- Custom Tax Calculation Methods: Tax then Markup, Markup then Tax, or Calculate Separately
- Classification-Based Taxes: Material, Labor, Subcontractor, Equipment, or Other
Once a tax type is entered for a the selection, tax will automatically be calculated and added to the client price. The total price including tax will be displayed for each selection in all generated reports.
