Continuing to increase the flexibility & efficiency in which construction companies can communicate project information with their clients & team members, ConstructionOnline™ recently announced additional ClientLink™  & TeamLink™ permissions options available with ConstructionOnline™ 2023. 

Known as a hub for construction communication & collaboration, ConstructionOnline™ provides custom Project Portals that allow construction companies to invite clients, subcontractors, vendors, and others to individual Project Teams. Not only has ConstructionOnline™ updated Project Teams to exclusively include the Company Contacts, ClientLink™ Contacts, and TeamLink™ Contacts associated with the selected Project, but it has also expanded the customizable capabilities available for sharing critical project information with Project Team members. 

The following permissions settings are now available within ClientLink™ & TeamLink™ Features modal - 

• For the ClientLink™ Portal:
  
  • Added ability for ClientLink™ users to duplicate Punch Lists & Checklists, as well as Items and Item Issues
  • Added ability for ClientLink™ users to export Project Schedules to Microsoft Project
• For the TeamLink™ Portal:
  
  • Expanded ability for TeamLink users to not only view and respond to Submittals they are assigned to, but also to “make all closed Submittals visible to TeamLink™ users”
  • Expanded ability for TeamLink users to not only view Project Schedules, but also to: 
    
    • Hide the Schedule Gantt Chart - 
      • But show TeamLink™ users the tasks they are assigned to on the Project Calendar
        But show Milestones on the Project Calendar
  • Added ability for TeamLink™ users to duplicate Punch Lists & Checklists, as well as Items and Item Issues
  • Added ability for TeamLink™ users to export Project Schedules to Microsoft Project
