UDA Technologies recently announced the release of several new options for ConstructionOnline’s convenient, custom Project Portals for ClientLink™ and TeamLink™ Contacts. Key updates to Profile Details, Daily Logs, Change Orders, and Client Selections further construction companies’ options for delivering the best construction experiences for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and more.

Known as a hub for construction communication & collaboration, ConstructionOnline™ provides custom Project Portals that allow construction companies to invite clients, subcontractors, vendors, and others to individual Project Teams. With separate designations for ClientLink™ and TeamLink™ Contacts, ConstructionOnline™ Company Users are able to customize what project information is available via Portal login for clients & subcontractors respectively, and the most recent updates to ConstructionOnline™ expand these capabilities even further:

• Daily Logs: Option added to TeamLink™ Settings so that companies may “make all Daily Log entries visible to all subcontractors” through the TeamLink™ Portal.
  • When this option is enabled, all TeamLink™ Users are able to view all Log Entries made on the Project(s) to which they are assigned.
• Change Orders: Option added to ClientLink™ Settings so that companies may limit Change Order visibility to “only show Change Orders the client is assigned to” through the ClientLink™ Portal.
  • When this option is enabled, ClientLink™ Users can only access Change Orders where they are explicitly included as an “Assigned Resource.”
• Client Selections: Option added to ClientLink™ Settings so that companies may allow clients the ability to create Client Selections from within the ClientLink™ Portal.
  • When this option is enabled, ClientLink™ Users are able to populate new, additional Selection Choices to their Project through the ClientLink™ Portal.

Additionally, updates were made to the Profile Settings available within the Portal, allowing ClientLink™ and TeamLink™ Users access to manage their individual Profile Details, including:

• General Info: Name, Address, Time Zone Settings, Date / Time Format Preferences, and custom Message Signature
• Contact Info: Email Address, Website, Phone, Mobile, Mobile Provider, saved eSignature, and Password
