UDA Technologies is excited to announce new customization options available for users creating Change Order Reports. Found under Report Options, users can now choose to - 

As a part of recent system-wide updates and enhancements to ConstructionOnline™, Users will now be able to filter construction calendars by Event Type at both the Company and Project level. The addition of this Filter option follows a continued campaign to make construction companies’ vital project information more accessible and visible throughout the industry’s leading construction management software platform. 

UDA Technologies recently announced major enhancements to ConstructionOnline’s Opportunities interface. When managing future project opportunities, Company Users will now find they can view and access the Opportunity’s Scope of Work from the Overview tab. Additionally, Company Users will find Lead Details for an Opportunity’s Related Lead accessible from multiple locations throughout the Opportunity feature including the main Opportunities table, the Opportunities Details widget, and the Related Lead Details table at the bottom of the Opportunity Overview page. 

Dedicated to continuously improving the user experience for ConstructionOnline™ Users, UDA Technologies recently expanded the Full-Screen Mode options when creating, adjusting draft status, editing, creating a revision, and/or duplicating Submittals within the construction management platform. Full-Screen Mode hides feature dashboard widgets, collapses additional navigation elements, and expands the current window in order to extend the display area available for feature-focused content—giving construction companies flexible user interface options. 

ConstructionOnline™ Company Users will find they can now access Company and Project Schedule Tasks from the Company Overview’s Recent & Upcoming Dashboard. As the leading component of ConstructionOnline’s Company Overview, the Recent & Upcoming Dashboard is designed to enhance visibility and access to a variety of critical construction tasks by displaying Overdue, Upcoming, and Completed items that meet the user-defined Time Frame Settings. 

Adding to ConstructionOnline’s powerful change order software, UDA Technologies has released a new Reason for Rejection field available for Change Orders that have been rejected in ConstructionOnline™. The new field now displays when a Company or ClientLink™ User chooses to reject a Change Order—providing a designated space where they can document the reason(s) why the Change Order is being rejected. These details are then safely stored alongside all other Change Order information within ConstructionOnline™ and can be edited if necessary.

ConstructionOnline™ Users will find the new tab—which can be accessed through the red “Help” button or bell icon in the top right corner of the platform—detailing five different support options available to them. Found in Company Contacts, the Companies tool provides a designated space for ConstructionOnline™ Company Users to create and store information related to the Companies with whom they work.
