The latest version of CO™ Mobile (Version 5.0.6) is now available for download via Apple & Android app stores. ConstructionOnline Mobile is the powerful mobile app companion to UDA's industry-leading construction management software, ConstructionOnline.

SCHEDULING

• New Weekly View joins Daily and Monthly views for construction schedules in CO™ Mobile
• New Split View allows users to view both the Gantt Chart and List View in a single, split-screen display. Users can resize the screen split by dragging the view separator. Exclusively available for Tablets. 
• Expanded functionality to allow users the ability to modify the Start Date and/or End Date for any Schedule Task on the mobile Gantt Chart and Calendar views. 
• Updated mobile loading to improve the speed at which Gantt Charts render, streamline Gantt Chart navigation, and enhance the user experience when switching between the Gantt View and the List View. 

TIME TRACKING

• New options added to allow users  to "Delete" Photos and Files associated with time entries:
  • Delete Photos by long pressing and choosing "Delete"
  • Delete Files and/or Photos from the "Edit Timesheets" screen, where a brand-new Attachments tab is now available. 
• New Company Permissions added permission for managing time entries: 
  • Company Admin Users automatically have full “Create, Edit, & Delete” permissions for Time Tracking. Company Admin Users also have permission to “View/Manage time entries for other users,” which enables access to the “Team” tab in the mobile app.
  • Non-Admin Company Users access can be managed with the following options for Permissions to Time Tracking:
    • Cannot View
      • The user will have no access to Time Tracking
    • Can View & Create +
      Cannot View/Manage Time Entries for Other Users 
      • The user will only have access to "Clock In" themselves and view their own Time Sheets. 
      • The user will not have access to the "Team" tab in Time Tracking and will not be able to "Clock In" other users or edit other users' Time Sheets. 
    • Can View & Create +
      Can View/Manage Time Entries for Other Users
      • The user will only have access to "Clock In" themselves, however they will be able to view other users' Time Sheets. 
      • The user will not have access to the "Team" tab in Time Tracking and will not be able to "Clock In" other users or edit other users' Time Sheets. 
    • Can Create, Edit, & Delete +
      Cannot View/Manage Time Entries for Other Users
      • The user will only have access to "Clock In" themselves and edit their own Time Sheets. 
      • The user will not have access to the "Team" tab in Time Tracking and will not be able to "Clock In" other users or edit other users' Time Sheets. 
    • Can Create, Edit, & Delete +
      Can View/Manage Time Entries for Other Users
      • The user will have access to the "Team" tab via mobile, allowing them to "Clock In" other users and view & edit other users' Time Sheets. 
• Geolocation features have been optimized regarding location identification at the time of Clock In / Clock Out actions. 
  • When permissioned users “Clock In” or “Clock Out” other users from the “Team” tab, CO Mobile will record their location as that of the selected project (if coordinates are available).
    

CONTACTS

• Improved visibility of Key Roles in the mobile app
  • Key Roles are project-specific and thus, a specific Project must be selected for the Key Role field to be displayed for Contacts. Then, the Key Role field will be displayed on the Contact Overview screen when accessed from the Project Team view or the All Contacts view. 
  • Users can now add & update Key Roles from the mobile app for Contacts that are part of the Project Team for the selected Project. 
  • Users can now "Filter" the Project Team by Key Role.
