The latest version of CO™ Mobile (Version 5.0.28) is now available for download via Apple & Android app stores. ConstructionOnline Mobile is the powerful mobile app companion to UDA's industry-leading construction management software, ConstructionOnline.
MEETING MINUTES
The Meeting Minutes feature, previously exclusive to the browser version of ConstructionOnline, is now available in-app, allowing for efficient meeting management on the go!
With this update, users can:
- Enjoy consistent behavior across CO Mobile and ConstructionOnline, with matching functionality based on each Meeting's Stage and Mode.
- Access all meeting tools from the "Meeting Minutes" section to create, edit, and manage:
- Meetings
- Agenda Categories
- Agenda Items
- Action Items
- View and open Meetings from either the "Meetings" feature or directly from the Calendar when filtered to include Meetings.
- Manage Agenda content and Minutes within a selected Meeting under the "Agenda / Minutes" tab.
- Review and modify related Action Items from within a Meeting's "Agenda / Minutes" tab or the main "Action Items" feature.
- Access & Permissions
- Available for companies with active Commercial or Multi-Family subscriptions at the Team, Business, and Enterprise levels.
- For all other plans, the feature is available as a Per-Company Add-On.
- Access and functionality of the Meeting Minutes feature in the app depend on a Company Employee's Permission Settings for Meeting Minutes (under Project Tracking).
- Available for companies with active Commercial or Multi-Family subscriptions at the Team, Business, and Enterprise levels.
