The latest version of CO™ Mobile (Version 5.0.37) is now available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play. As the mobile companion to UDA’s industry-leading construction management platform, ConstructionOnline™, CO Mobile continues to evolve with performance enhancements and new mobile-first functionality designed to support construction teams in the field. 

This release introduces Comments across key project management features, alongside targeted improvements to Calendars, Redline™ Planroom, Submittals, and overall app usability.

COMMENTS

• New! Comments are now available directly within CO Mobile, giving construction teams the ability to add, view, and edit Comments across key features—keeping project communication centralized and accessible from anywhere in the field. 
  

  • Comments are now supported within: 

    • Client Selections
    • Change Orders 
    • Daily Logs 
    • To Dos 
    • Submittals
    • Punch Lists
    • Checklists
    • Warranty Tracking 
    • Project Files
    • Invoicing

  • ConstructionOnline's mention system (@User's Name) is now supported in mobile Comments, allowing users to tag team members directly within conversations.

  • A new Comments tab within the Notifications screen🔔provides quick access to all unread Comments. 
  • Comment badges now provide at-a-glance visibility into unread activity, with all related Comments loading automatically when an item is opened. 
  • A dedicated Comments tab has been added to each feature item's details and add/edit screens, allowing teams to view and manage Comments without interrupting their workflow. 

CALENDARS

• Client Selections now correctly display on the Calendar, eliminating duplicate date entries.
  
  • Unapproved Selections appear on their due date.
  • Approved Selections appear on their approval date.  

REDLINE PLANROOM

• ClientLink™ and TeamLink™ Users can now filter plans by Tags, providing consistent filtering functionality across all user types. 

SUBMITTALS

• Attachments added to Submittal responses save consistently and remain accessible after submission.
• Tapping an Attachment within Submittals reliably opens the preview screen for a seamless file viewing experience. 

MISC

• In-app prompt windows now display correctly on tablet devices, delivering a consistent and polished experience across screen sizes. 
• The Scroll bar now appears as expected within Contacts, Companies, and the Project Selector dropdown for faster navigation through long lists. 
• Only users associated with multiple companies now see the Company Selector screen at login, streamlining access for single-company users.
