UDA is pleased to announce the ability to designate a layer as a target destination when duplicating takeoff measurements in ConstructionOnline’s easy-to-use takeoff tool—Redline™ Takeoff. This new functionality further streamlines the takeoff process, giving construction pros more control and flexibility when working with their plans in ConstructionOnline.
Previously, when duplicating measurements in Redline Takeoff, ConstructionOnline would automatically duplicate measurements to the topmost layer. However, with the latest updates to Redline’s logic, Company Users can specify the target layer for their duplicated measurement in the “Destination Layer” field. By default, ConstructionOnline populates the currently selected layer to this field for a seamless user experience.
With intuitive & versatile measuring tools, unlimited cloud-based storage, powerful reporting options, and the ability to integrate bi-directionally with the industry’s leading construction estimating software—OnCost™ Estimating—it’s clear why construction pros around the world trust ConstructionOnline to manage, measure, and markup their plans.
