ConstructionOnline's Payment Applications introduce industry-standard progress billing within the same connected platform used to manage Estimates, Change Orders, and Invoices—empowering contractors to generate formal payment requests with greater accuracy, transparency, and financial control. The Payment Applications toolkit includes:
- Industry-Standard Payment Applications, including a Schedule of Values and Continuation Sheet
- Direct integration with project Estimates, Change Orders, and Invoices
- Built-in financial safeguards to help prevent billing errors and disputes
- Status Tracking from Draft through Payment
- Centralized visibility alongside all other project financials
- Export to Excel or PDF, or submit directly via email—and more!

ONPLAN™ SCHEDULING
- Task durations remain consistent across connected tasks when delays are applied to single-day tasks, preserving accurate scheduling relationships across dependent workflows.
- Workday settings now update reliably within the project schedule, supporting consistent timeline configuration.
CLIENT SELECTIONS
- Duplicating Selections across projects now preserves the original order of Selections and Selection Choices, maintaining consistent organization across client workflows.
- Selection Approval notifications are now delivered reliably, keeping project teams and clients informed throughout the approval process.
- The Selection Details widget and associated Selections display as intended in ClientLink™ and TeamLink™ Portals, even in projects with a large number of Selections, ensuring complete visibility of selection data.
- The "Show More" button on Selection Choice cards now expands reliably for longer descriptions within ClientLink and TeamLink Portals, providing full access to Selection details.
SUBMITTALS
- Submittal notification emails now consistently include a direct link to the Submittal and the associated company name, supporting clear and timely communication.
CALENDARS
- Calendar views now exclude due date events for Punch List and Checklist items within archived projects, keeping schedule views focused on active project timelines.
INSURANCE & CERTIFICATES
- Insurance Policies, Licenses, Bonds, and Certifications now include fields for Premium Amount and Amount Paid, supporting improved financial tracking across:
- Dynamic table views
- Reports
- Excel exports
ONCOST™ ESTIMATING
- The Change Order tab is now hidden when editing Subcategories within Estimate Templates, but remains visible when editing within Project Templates.
FILES
- Users can now upload folders containing .DWG files, preventing folder upload interruptions when working with mixed file types.
HUBSPOT INTEGRATION
- The HubSpot Integration now properly redirects users when required domain information is incomplete, ensuring uninterrupted access to integrated workflows.
NOTIFICATIONS
- "Warranty Issue Created" notification emails send as expected, keeping project teams informed of new Warranty activity.
OPPORTUNITIES
- Saving edits to an Opportunity's details preserves its correct classification, keeping Opportunities visible within the Opportunity table.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
- The Estimate Total displayed in the Project Overview now includes Change Order tax amounts, providing more complete financial visibility.
ONCOST™ PURCHASING
- Purchase Orders created from project Estimates now display the associated Cost Codes for Estimate categories and subcategories, supporting stronger cost alignment between Estimates and Purchase Orders.
COMPANY REPORTING
- The Change Order Proposal Report now allows Quantity, Unit, and Unit Cost to be displayed independently within Report Settings, giving users greater control over column visibility while preserving existing report layout and structure.
REDLINE™ TAKEOFF
- When editing an existing Takeoff, the Save button now saves changes and closes the edit window as expected.
TIME TRACKING
- Time Tracking Excel exports now exclude unpaid breaks, supporting more accurate reporting of worked hours.
PROJECT HEALTH
- Percentile and rank scores calculate accurately when viewed within Projects, providing reliable performance insights.
CO™ MOBILE
