TRUEVISION™ PROJECT HEALTH
Project Health Insights are now available for individual Projects on the new Project Health Tab. The Project Health Tab details the Project’s Raw Score, Raw Score Rank, Percent Score, and Percentile Rank and offers focused widgets that breakdown the various components used to calculate the Project Score, including:

COMPANY REPORTING
- Introduced Estimate Units Report which allows Company Users to create a report showing Quantity and Cost Totals for specific Estimate Units.
- Confirmed that timestamps included in Report Footers consistently display the Time & Date in accordance with the user’s Account Settings.
CHANGE ORDERS
- Added new fields for Order Date and Delivery Date to Change Orders
- For “Approved” Change Orders, the newly available dates can be entered on the new “Order/Delivery Dates” subtab.
- Items and/or materials for the Change Order have been ordered:

• Custom Field - Users can add/remove/edit available options populated to the dropdown menu.

- For “Approved” Change Orders, the newly available dates can be entered on the new “Order/Delivery Dates” subtab.
- Added Default Settings for Change Order Markup, which define the markup calculation to be applied by default to Change Order Line Items - exclusively on Detailed Change Orders.
- Users can choose between 2 markup calculation methods:
• Universal Markup Percentage, which applies the same markup percentage to all Line Items, regardless of Classification.
• Classification-based Markup Percentage, which applies different markup percentages to line items based on their Classification. - Users can also elect to include a per-Change Order Fee, which automatically applies a fee in the designated dollar amount to any new Change Order created in ConstructionOnline.
- The modal for Change Order Markup Settings is available from the Accounts Settings menu at the bottom of the Financials Settings section, and from the More Options Menus for the Change Order Overview and Change Order Details dashboards.
- Users can choose between 2 markup calculation methods:
LEAD TRACKING
- Added option to send an automated custom email to new Leads created through ConstructionOnline’s Lead Tracking Web Capture Form.
- Users can customize the Email Subject & Message Content from the Web Capture Settings available from the More Options Menu in Lead Tracking.
- By default, the automated email is toggled off until customized and enabled.

CALENDARS
- Updated Print Agenda options to ensure successful printing of Calendar Agenda view in every expected instance.

- Users can now Copy and Move Files to/from Opportunities.
REDLINE™ PLANROOM
- Added new menu detailing all active Keyboard Shortcuts for Redline™ Planroom, accessible from the Redline™ Help Menu > Keyboard Shortcuts.
CO™ MOBILE
- TeamLink™ Users can successfully mark Checklist Items and Punch List Items as "complete" in all appropriate instances.
- Project is now a required field for Submittals.
- Project is now a required field for Transmittals.
- Project and Contact Selectors are consistently available when creating RFIs.
