QR CODES - New Feature Release!

ConstructionOnline's new QR Codes feature enhances Files & Photos, giving users the ability to instantly generate, share, and/or print QR Codes for Folders, Albums, and Files. 

• Available for Project Files, My Files, and Company Files 
• QR Codes can be quickly created and accessed from the item's gray three-dot Action Menu.
• When scanned, viewers are taken to an accessible File Portal—no login required. 
• Best of all, QR Codes support live sharing, automatically updating whenever linked items are updated within ConstructionOnline.
  
  ✴️ Now available for all active ConstructionOnline subscriptions!  

COMMENTS

Comments are now available for Warranty Tracking, expanding ConstructionOnline’s quality management tools. Modeled after familiar comment functionality in Checklists, Punch Lists, To Dos, Client Selections, Change Orders, and Daily Logs, this update ensures clear, contextual communication across teams.

• Key features include: 
  
  • Segmented comment threads 
  • Permission-Based Visibility Controls 
  • Unread Comment Indicators
  • Comment Counters 
• Admins and authorized Company Users can manage Comments directly from the "Warranty Details" list, using eitherthe Comments column or right-clicking on the desired Warranty. 
  • When Warranty Tracking is enabled within the ClientLink/TeamLink Settings, Comments may be shared with any of the Project's ClientLink and/or TeamLink Users. 

DOCUSIGN™ INTEGRATION

• Integration updated for greater reliability and uninterrupted account connections. 

MEETING MINUTES

• Meeting Titles now fully support the inclusion of special characters, such as the pound (#) or percent (%) sign.

OPPORTUNITIES 

Enhancements to Opportunities ensure updates and new entries save consistently without error, providing users with smoother, more reliable functionality across the board. 

• Key improvements include: 
  • Updates to existing Opportunities save correctly and display as expected when revisited. 
  • New Opportunities, whether created from scratch or from a template, save successfully and appear in the Company "Opportunities" List. 
  • Fields within the "Opportunity Details" retain all entered values without data loss. 
    

COMPANY REPORTING 

• Display Column settings for Change Order Proposals now apply accurately to generated reports. 
  
  • Options to hide Description and Quantity and Unit Cost work as intended for both Multi-Line and Lump Sum Change Orders. 

MY AGENDA VIEW 

• Confirmed that Widgets remain hidden across page refreshes when the "Hide Widget" option is applied. 

REDLINE™

Redline Pins are now color-coded by feature, making it easier to distinguish items at a glance. 

• Pins are assigned a default color, but users can update associated color(s) at any time from the Redline Settings > Pin Colors menu. 
• This enhancement applies to the following features in Redline:

CO™ MOBILE
