COMMENTS

New! Comments are now available for Files & Photos, bringing document and image communication into the same streamlined, contextual workflow used across ConstructionOnline's project management tools. As a result, file- and image-related discussions remain clear, centralized, and directly connected to the content being reviewed. 

• File & Photo Comments can be added at both Company and Project Levels and are supported across:
  • Company Files 
    
  • Project Files 
  • Project Albums and Images 
  • ClientLink™/TeamLink™ Files and Images 
    
• Key Features Include:
  • Centralized Comment Threads
  • Permission-Based Visibility 
  • Unread Comment Indicators
  • Comment Counters
• Company Admin Users and other authorized Company Users can manage Comments directly within Files & Photos features. 
  • When Files & Photos permissions are enabled within ClientLink/TeamLink Settings, these Users may interact with Comments on documents or images they've added themselves or that have been copied or shared, supporting controlled, secure collaboration. 

CHECKLISTS/PUNCH LISTS

• Refreshing Checklists and Punch Lists no longer duplicates Item Issues, preserving data accuracy and consistency across project tracking. 

COMPANY PROJECTS

• Project Search consistently returns accurate results for Project Names containing ampersands (&) and other special characters.

DAILY LOGGING

• Trade Filters function as intended across Daily Logging views, particularly Month View, providing more precise, filtered data for enhanced review and analysis.

FILES

• File Download emails containing links to ZIP files for multi-file downloads send successfully and associated links function as expected. 
• Drag-and-Drop Folder uploads now include all contents, including subfolders, for seamless document organization.

MEETING MINUTES

• When saving changes to "All Future Meetings" in a recurring meeting series, updates now apply exclusively to future meetings—preserving past meeting records for historical accuracy and greater control over meeting management.

COMPANY REPORTING

• Schedule Note and Project Log Reports generate with completion, ensuring accurate and reliable reporting across project documentation.
• Estimate vs. Invoice and Estimate vs. Actuals Reports generated from the Estimate ribbon toolbar now calculate using the Estimate's designated calculation method. 
  • When QuickBooks Online (QBO) Integration is not enabled, ConstructionOnline defaults to manual values for precise financial analysis. 
• Schedule Exports from the Company Overview function as intended, providing dependable schedule data to users.

• Schedule Print Reports correctly account for Custom Holidays in workday calculations, delivering precise schedule timelines.
