CLIENT SELECTIONS
- Attachments are now included when duplicating Client Selections at any level, including full selections, categories, individual selections, and selection choices.
DOCUSIGN™ INTEGRATION
- Docusign badges display consistently when reports are sent to Docusign and saved within ConstructionOnline Files and/or Folders, making it easier to quickly identify documents with signature activity.
ONCOST™ ESTIMATING
- Estimate calculation settings behave as expected regarding QuickBooks Integration, for both integrated and non-integrated projects:
- For non-integrated Projects, calculation settings can be adjusted freely and are applied consistently during current and future sessions.
- For actively integrated Projects, calculation settings are managed through Accounting Integration Settings, with clear guidance provided directly in the Estimate Settings.
COMMENTS
- Several enhancements improve the behavior of Comments across shared files and folders, supporting clearer collaboration for both internal teams and portal users:
- Background column widths now display consistently when viewing files, folders, or albums shared with ClientLink™ or TeamLink™ Users.
- Company Users with view-level permissions or higher are now available when selecting recipients for file Comments.
- Sharing a folder now applies consistently across all included sub-folders, ensuring predictable access and communication continuity.
