• Added brand-new OnCost Purchasing module to ConstructionOnline Financials 
  
  • Working directly with unified data from existing Company Costbooks, OnCost Estimates, and Change Orders, OnCost Purchasing is engineered to streamline the construction purchasing process.
    
  • OnCost Purchasing introduces 5 powerful new components to ConstructionOnline Financials: 
    
    • Purchase Orders - Provides companies with the ability to create Purchase Orders directly from OnCost Estimates or Approved Change Orders in ConstructionOnline; configure automated work verification and approval settings; and track Purchase Orders from start to finish with dynamic table view & flexible filters 
      
    • Bills - Empowers companies to generate Bills from existing Purchase Orders, Expenses, or Receipts; amend Bills with custom items; and gain real-time visibility into project finances & cash flow 
      
    • Expenses - Offers companies the ability to log incidental expenses or expenditures not accounted for with a Bill or Receipt and associate them to Bills and/or Payments as needed 
      
    • Receipts - Equips companies with the tools needed to upload and store project receipts in a centralized, secure online location and link Receipts to associated Bills and/or Payments as needed 
      
    • Payments - Enables companies to record Payments toward existing Purchase Orders, Bills, Expenses, and Receipts, offering instant insights into project cash flow, financial status, and overall budget management
