- New Functionality:

- Add Line Items: Insert additional line items into existing POs and Bills as needed.
- Adjust Estimate Linkages: Modify Estimate linkages directly from the PO, Bill, or Payment extension blade.
⚠️Linkage Note: Editing a PO line item will remove its association with existing Bills and Payments.
ONPLAN™ SCHEDULING
A new option to Export Schedule to Excel is now available for the Schedule List View, providing enhanced reporting and deeper analysis.
- Access the new export option from the Schedule's three-dot Action Menu or relevant Company Reporting sections.
- The export modal gives users full control over their data, with options to:
- Select a specific Schedule to export, including those from active Projects and Opportunities.
- Filter by Resource, Status, Trade, and/or Date Range.
- Choose which columns to include in the export.
- By default, the modal mirrors the user's current Schedule column visibility preferences, but these can be adjusted for the export—without affecting saved settings.
INVOICING
- The Print Detailed Invoice accurately displays Company Overhead & Margin (CO&M), offering clear insight even when viewing Category or Subcategory levels of detail.
MEETING MINUTES
- The Meeting Minutes table renders correctly and consistently, providing full visibility into all meeting details.
REDLINE™
- Enhanced the Takeoff Print Sheet and Report to display markup shape names on markup snapshots.
- If a drawing name exists, it appears below the takeoff name, ensuring ultimate clarity for users.
COMPANY REPORTING
- Cash Flow Report exports generate valid Excel files that open reliably in spreadsheet editing software.
ACCOUNTING INTEGRATION
- Users can now import Actuals directly from QuickBooks Online (QBO) Vendor credits.
- Imported amounts will automatically appear as negative values.
- Only product and service lines are eligible for import.
