Designed to streamline report creation, Default Text Options in ConstructionOnline™ empower construction companies to standardize their construction contracts and forms with ease by creating and saving custom text blocks that can appear above or below main document content. 

Default Text Blocks are primarily utilized to ensure all terms, conditions, and additional details are included at the beginning or end of the contracts, documents, and reports generated from ConstructionOnline. Company Users can manage Default Text Blocks from within any ConstructionOnline Report that has Default Text Block Options available and, now, from the Company Dropdown Menu located in the top right corner of ConstructionOnline. The “Default Text Blocks” option can be found under the Company Settings section of the dropdown menu.
