PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

• New Settings for Push Notifications
  • Users can now toggle Notifications On/Off by individual Features

  • Users can now choose to "Clear" Notifications in one of two ways:
    • Clear By Feature: All Notifications will be cleared after accessing and exiting the feature while inside a Project. 
      • Does not apply to Envoy Chat
    • Clear By Item: Notifications will be cleared on a per-item basis, depending upon which items have been viewed and/or interacted with. 
  • Additional Options added to improve Push Notifications
    • Battery Optimization: Disable "Battery Optimization" for CO™ Mobile within Device Settings to ensure Push Notifications are consistently delivered.
    • Power Management: To ensure Push Notifications are delivered consistently, adjust Device Settings to prevent CO™ Mobile from being automatically "put to sleep."

  • Allows users to preview all Notifications that have been received
    • Manage Notifications displayed with options to - 
      • Filter by
        • Feature
        • Time / Date Range
      • Clear All
    • Click-to-Access available for most Notifications, wherein clicking on the Notification conveniently navigates the user to the referenced Project + Feature.
  • Notifications display has been updated to include additional information:
    • Project Name
    • Feature
    • Date
    • Title
    • Description
    • Emojis

FILES & PHOTOS

• Thumbnails will now display for Videos
  • Exclusively applies to mp4, mov, and webm video files

TIME TRACKING

• New Notification that alerts the user when their Lunch or Break time nearing the designated length and/or has exceeded the designated length
  • References the designated length entered for Breaks and the designated length entered for Lunches in the “Break Settings” menu within Time Tracking
  • If the designated length is greater than 5 minutes, the user will receive one notification when there are 5 minutes remaining of the designated Break or Lunch and another notification once that time has expired (if the Break or Lunch has not been ended by that time)
    • For example, if the designated length for Lunches in the Lunch Settings is 30 minutes, the user will receive a notification after 25 minutes that there are 5 minutes remaining in the Lunch period. The user will then receive an additional notification at the end of the 30 minute Lunch period, if they have not yet chosen to “End Lunch.”
  • If the designated length is less than or equal to 5 minutes, the user will only receive a notification when that designated time period has expired (if Break or Lunch is not yet ended).
