ConstructionOnline™ Adds Excel Export for OnPlan™ Schedule List View

The ConstructionOnline™ Team recently announced a new Excel export option for the Schedule List View. This update offers construction professionals greater flexibility for sharing and analyzing schedule data outside of the construction management platform.

While ConstructionOnline’s robust OnPlan Scheduling tools already deliver industry-leading capabilities for viewing, sorting, filtering, and reporting on project schedules, this new export option offers added versatility for teams who need to distribute schedule data beyond ConstructionOnline.

By exporting schedule data directly to Microsoft Excel, ConstructionOnline Company Users can now:

  • Easily share schedule data with external partners

  • Perform advanced data analysis and extrapolation

  • Integrate schedule data into external reports and/or presentations

  • Maintain organized, offline records of project timelines for compliance and/or record archives.

This enhancement makes it easier for construction companies to extract and repurpose key schedule data for broader business use—supporting communication, transparency, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

By expanding export capabilities while preserving the robust functionality of OnPlan Scheduling within ConstructionOnline, this update reinforces UDA’s commitment to empowering construction professionals with flexible, connected tools that adapt to their unique business workflows.
