ConstructionOnline has introduced a new searchable, tabbed file selection experience for uploads within the platform, making it faster and easier for construction teams to locate and attach files directly from within the platform.
With this update, users can now search for files within the File Upload window using File Name, Folder, and Project or Opportunity information, helping teams quickly locate the exact files they need without navigating through disconnected folders or lengthy file lists.
To further streamline the upload experience, search results are now organized across four dedicated tabs:
- Project Files
- Opportunity Files
- Company Files
- My Files
The File Upload window also automatically opens to the tab that matches the user’s current location within the platform, helping reduce unnecessary navigation and improve workflow efficiency.
By bringing more intelligent search and organization capabilities into the upload process, ConstructionOnline helps construction professionals spend less time searching for files and more time managing projects. These enhancements support faster documentation workflows while improving accessibility and organization across project records.
