ConstructionOnline™ Expands Time Tracking Permissions for Company Employees



ConstructionOnline™ continues to prioritize user flexibility and control with the addition of new Time Tracking feature permissions for Non-Admin Company Users. With these recent updates, ConstructionOnline offers construction companies the flexibility to customize team members' permissions, aligning them with the specific needs of each role and enhancing the effectiveness of time clock management.

ConstructionOnline Company Administrators will now find the following Time Tracking permissions available for Non-Admin Company Users: 

  • Cannot View
  • Can View & Create 
  • Can Create, Edit, & Delete 
  • User can view/manage time entries for other users

By default, ConstructionOnline Company Administrators are the only users authorized to manage all Time Sheets in ConstructionOnline. However, the newly added permission level allows Company Administrators to extend authorization to specific Company Employees, so that they are able to view and manage Time Sheets for other users within their company—improving time management and accountability across the board. 

ConstructionOnline's Time Tracking feature is available for companies at Business or Enterprise subscription levels. Time Tracking is also available as a Per-Company Add-On.
