PROJECT TIMELINES

New for ConstructionOnline Projects, this feature functions similarly to Lead and Contact Timelines in ConstructionOnline, and introduces a project activity log feature that displays all project activities, including -

• Redline Timeline Cards
• Calendar Events
• Selection Choices
• Change Orders
• Invoices & Payments
• Call Logs
• Messages
• RFIs
• Submittals
• Transmittals
• Checklist Items
• Punch List Items
• To Dos

• Attachments

Project Timelines can be filtered by

• Date
• Resource
• Activity Type

The left sidebar of Project Timelines displays the Project Details and allows for convenient updates of Project Status and General Info, including

• Address
• Type
• Group
• Stage
• Category
• Office
• Division
• Region

ENVOY™ CHAT

New non-Admin Company Users will be added to all eligible Project Chat Channels going forward. Project Channels are not permissioned and are accessible to everyone who has access to the project. 

LEAD TRACKING

The Details/Notes field on the Lead Details modal has been relabeled as Details to provide a clear distinction between the data field on the Lead Details modal and the Lead Notes function on the Lead Timeline. 

Users are advised to use the Lead Notes feature to document updates on Leads because they are time stamped and each note is separate. Users can also edit existing Lead Note Cards to update the information on the specific note.
