ConstructionOnline Publish Notes for the Week of January 10, 2022

UDA Technologies continues to invest in the growth & stability of UDA ConstructionOnline™ with regular updates and enhancements, including -

Added the Team feature to Opportunities
- Opportunity Teams can only include Company Users
- Company User Permissions default to Global Permissions when a new Opportunity is created from scratch
- Opportunities created from Project Templates inherit the Company User Permission Settings from the Project Template
- Team Permissions are enforced across all content elements included in Opportunities
Selections Reports are available within Opportunities
Measurement by Takeoff report optimized for creation within Opportunities

Users can now "re-scan" sheets in their Current Set for Callout Links
- Re-Scan Callouts button is located at the top right-hand corner of the Current Set view
- Clicking the button to Re-Scan Callouts launches an informative action confirmation
- Re-Scan Callouts deletes all current Callouts and initiates a new scan for Callouts, similar to the final step completed during initial upload

Public Profile Shortcut is now set by default upon creation of a new ConstructionOnline™ Company. Valid links to the Company Public Profile are included in all ClientLink™ and TeamLink™ Project Invites

Optimized email notifications sent to Resources when assigned to a new or existing Schedule Task

Non-Admin Company Users can now enter "Approval Status" for Submitters on Submittals, in instances where that Non-Admin Company User is the creator of the Submittal

Improved load times for ConstructionOnline™ Contacts List, resulting in data load times 3-4x faster

Files uploaded now store Date Taken and GPS Location (lat/lon) data in additional instances, including -
- Drag/Drop Photo(s) to Files tab
- Drag/Drop Photo(s) to File Upload Modal
