To bring users the latest cutting-edge capabilities and continue leading the industry through innovation, UDA Technologies regularly introduces significant updates to ConstructionOnline™. This week's release introduces a new AIA Form Print Overlay for Payment Applications and an Automated Reminder System in Bid Tracking, along with additional updates across Calendars, Reporting, Files, and more. 

PAYMENT APPLICATIONS

New! AIA Form Print Overlay

• Payment Applications now include a Print Overlay option that outputs pay app data sized and formatted to align directly with official AIA  (G702/G703) forms, delivering a clean, professional solution for AIA-required billing workflows. 

BID TRACKING

• Automated Reminders are now available in Bid Tracking, extending ConstructionOnline’s existing reminder functionality to the bidding process for improved communication and follow-through. 

  • Bid Packages now include a Reminder Recipients tab, allowing users to configure reminder emails for both internal and external contacts, with bidders automatically added as they are invited to Bid Sheets. 
  • Automated reminders key off of the Bid Submission Deadline. 
  • Default Email Templates are provided for the following instances —
    • Bid Submission Deadline Upcoming
    • Bid Submission Deadline Passed 
    • Bid Submission Deadline is Today 
  • Users can edit and/or add Email Templates to further customize reminder messaging. 
  • When setting up Automated Email Reminders, users can configure — 
    • Email Template 
    • Send Type 
    • Timing 
    • CC: / BCC: Recipients
• Saving a Bid Package with an updated Bid Submission Deadline now prompts users with the option to notify all invited bidders of the change. 
• Unawarding a bid now includes the option to notify the affected bidder, supporting clear communication throughout the bidding process.  

CALENDARS

• Company Overview and Project Calendars now support filtering by Tag and Schedule Task Type, offering more precise control over how calendar items are displayed.  

• Calendar Settings now lists features in alphabetical order within the Visible Items tab, making it easier to locate and manage calendar display preferences.

CHANGE ORDERS

• Multi-Line Change Order line items now allow multiple resource assignments, expanding resource allocation flexibility . 

FILES

• Only completed file uploads are reflected in Activity Summary emails, Company History Logs, and Project Timelines. 
  

• Improved loading performance for Company Files, delivering a faster, more responsive file management experience. 

LEAD TRACKING

• The Leads table now includes a Lead Opened Date filter, further streamlining lead review and organization. 

OPPORTUNITIES 

• Users may now manually update Opportunity Closed Dates, supporting more accurate maintenance of company sales records. 
  

COMPANY REPORTING 

• Continued refinements to the Estimate Proposal Report ensure  clean, consistent column alignment. 

• Client Selections Reports now offer expanded customization options, with new settings across multiple reports enabling construction teams to tailor exactly which financial columns appear: 
  • All Selections Report 
    • New Show Selections options: Allowance and Approved/Net
    • New Price option under Show Choice
  • Pending Selections Report 
    • Adds Show Selection Allowances and Show Choice Prices
  • Selection Book Report
    • Adds Show Choice Prices, with the Selected By column automatically adjusting when choice prices are excluded. 
  • Selection Overview and Selections by Location Reports
    • Introduce Show Allowances, Show Approved, and Show Net options

"MY AGENDA" VIEW

• New Payment Application Widget is now available within "My Agenda," providing quick visibility into project payment progress directly from the platform's user-centric dashboard.
