As a part of providing cutting-edge construction management software, UDA Technologies releases regular updates, enhancements, and new features to its award-winning construction management platform—ConstructionOnline™. Recent additions to the platform include - 

CLIENT SELECTIONS

• SKU, UPC, and Model Number fields added to Selection Choices
  
  • Each field supports up 100 characters 
    
  • The Model Number appears on the Selection Choice card 
    
  • The SKU, UPC, and Model Number appear on the Selection Summary View 
    

CALENDARS 

• Ensured the Print Calendar button appears on the Month view 
  

FILES

• Updated system logic so that the Files Uploaded by Client folder no longer automatically generates in the ClientLink™ and TeamLink™ Files features and existing instances of these folders can be permanently deleted
  

PROJECT HEALTH SCORECARD

• Verified the calculations of the following fields within the Financial widget of the Project Health Scorecard: 
  • Adjusted Costs
    
  • Remaining Budget
    
  • Overages
    
  • Actual Gross Profit
    

CLIENTLINK™ / TEAMLINK™ PORTAL

• Confirmed that Selection Choices display the correct Client Price for all tax calculation methods including: 
  • Tax then Markup 
  • Markup then Tax 
  • Tax and Markup Separate

PROJECT TEAM

• Verified ClientLink™ and TeamLink™ Team Users added to “Pending” Projects are not marked as having received a Project Invitation
  

REDLINE™ TAKEOFF & PLANROOM

• Ensured that Redline™ Sheet Publish email notifications sent to ClientLink™ and TeamLink™ Users are directed toward the restricted version of Redline™ available for the Portal 
  
• Confirmed that Non-Admin Company Users (NACU) with “View Only” permissions cannot access the Set Scale function 
  
  • Attempting to use the Calibrator Tool informs the NACU that they do not have permission to use the tool 
    
  • Measurements, Public Drawing Mode, and Calibration Settings are hidden within the Settings dropdown menu in Redline™ Planroom 
    
  • Within the Redline™ Drawing Details blade: 
    
    • All fields are disabled for the Calibrator tool and Public drawings 
      
    • The Visibility field is disabled and locked as “Private” for Private drawings
      
  • All new drawings created by the Current User are locked as “Private” within Redline™ Takeoff 

REPORTS

• Updated Dark Mode styling within the Save to ConstructionOnline™ modal

SUBMITTALS 

• Confirmed Submittals with a “Draft” status are not included in the “Submittals Awaiting Responses” total displayed within the Submittal Status Breakdown Dashboard
