ONPLAN™ SCHEDULING

• Added new option to Show Baseline Tasks and Task Groups in the Schedule Gantt Chart 
  • Creating a Baseline within OnPlan™ Schedules creates a snapshot of the current location of Schedule Groups, Tasks, and Milestones 
    
  • By enabling the “Show Baseline” option, Baseline information is displayed as “ghosts” or transparent images slightly offset vertically from the current task to indicate the position of schedule elements when the Baseline was created
    
  • The Baseline information that populates when enabling the “Show Baseline” option is dependent on the Baseline selected within the Set Baselines view of the Schedule Progress dashboard 
    
  • Baseline information can be shown/hidden using the “Show/Hide Baseline” text button in the top right-hand corner of the Schedule Gantt Progress pane, the “Show/Hide Baseline in Gantt” button in the Scheduling Toolbar, and the “Show Baseline Tasks in the Gantt Chart” button in the Schedule View Options modal 
    
• Added new Baseline Date columns to the Schedule List View
  
  • New Columns include: 
    
    • Baseline Start - Shows the Start Date for the Task when the selected Baseline was created
      
    • Baseline End - Shows the End Date for the Task when the selected Baseline was created
      
    • +/- Start - Shows the difference in the Start Date between when the selected Baseline was created and the current Task date(s)
      
    • +/- End - Shows the difference in the End Date between when the selected Baseline was created and the current Task date(s)
      
    • +/- Workdays - Shows the difference in the Workdays between when the selected Baseline was created and the current Task date(s)
      

ONCOST™ ESTIMATING

• Added the ability for users to elect to automatically link all Estimate Items to a newly created Costbook when creating a new Costbook from an Estimate
  • Additional controls have been added to the Create New Costbook from Estimate modal including options to - 
    
    • Auto-generate costbook links for items in the selected estimate 
      • When enabled, the system will create Costbook Items and/or Assemblies for each Estimate Line Item and/or Subcategory, and every Line Item in the Estimate will be linked to its respective Costbook Item in the newly created Costbook
        
    • Overwrite existing costbook item and assembly links 
      
      • When enabled, this option will copy any pre-existing Costbooks Items or Assemblies in the Estimate to the newly created Costbook and update their linkage to the new instances of the Items/Assemblies in the new Costbook
        
  • The option to “Auto-generate costbook links…” is enabled by default, and the option to “Overwrite existing costbook…” is disabled by default 
    
    • The “Auto-generate costbook links…” option must be enabled for the “Overwrite existing costbook…” to be enabled 
      
  • When creating a new Costbook from an Estimate with both options disabled, the new Costbook will generate without adding or removed Costbook Items from the selected Estimate 
    
  • When creating a new Costbook from an Estimate with the “Auto-generate costbook links…” option enabled only: 
    
    • Any existing links to Costbook Items and Assemblies will be preserved 
    • Any Items not previously linked will be linked to their corresponding Costbook Items in the new Costbook 
  • When creating a new Costbook from an Estimate with both controls enabled: 
    
    • Any existing links to Costbook Items will be overwritten with new links to the new Costbook 
    • Any existing links to Costbook Assemblies will be removed with exceptions for Estimate Items and/or Subcategories linked to Takeoffs 
  • Neither option is available for 5-Column Estimates 

FILES

• Added the ability for users to copy Folders and Albums to the current location of the source Folder/Album
  

CALENDARS

• Verified that users with appropriate permissions can edit any Company Calendar event 
  

CHANGE ORDERS 

• Ensured that Change Order Summary Reports generate in all instances, particularly when generated from Change Orders without a Change Order number 
  

CONTACTS

• Confirmed all Private Detail fields populate when creating a new Contact
  

GAMEPLANS

• Reviewed system logic to ensure GamePlans no longer include any out of scope items and confirm - 
  
  • GamePlans contain all correct activities and styling when printed 
    
  • GamePlan emails only contain tasks found in the desired timeframe 
    
  • Checklist Items are styled & formatted correctly 
    
  • All activity type files in GamePlan emails match the colors found in the Print GamePlan feature
    
  • All Day Calendar Events show as expected 
    
  • All Multi-Day Calendar Events and Schedule Tasks show as expected, particularly in instances when the desired timeframe overlaps with the Event or Task at hand
