As a part of providing cutting-edge construction management software, UDA releases regular updates, enhancements, and new features to its award-winning construction management platform—ConstructionOnline™. Recent additions to the platform include - 

CLIENTLINK™ / TEAMLINK™ PORTAL 

• Added the ability to grant TeamLink Users permission to mark Schedule Tasks as “Complete” from the Project Portal 
  • Company Users, with permission to “adjust what ClientLink and TeamLink users are able to see in their projects” will find the new permissions options within the ClientLink & TeamLink Features modal > TeamLink tab > Calendars & Schedules > Schedule 
  • Company Users can mark the “Allow TeamLink users to mark Tasks as complete” option to enable the capability, and then choose from the following sub-options:
    
    • “Only allow users to mark Tasks they are assigned to as complete” 
      • This is the default sub-option. 
    • “Allow users to mark any Task as complete” 
  • If granted the permission, TeamLink Users can mark Schedule Tasks as “Complete” anywhere they can view/access them, including OnPlan Scheduling, Calendars, and GamePlans™
• Added the ability for ClientLink & TeamLink Users to expand and collapse Schedule Task Groups when viewing Schedules from the Project Portal 

CO™ MOBILE APP 

• Added the ability to adjust Schedule Task start and end dates from the mobile application

TIME TRACKING 

• Added Time Tracking feature permissions for Non-Admin Company Users at the Company level
  
  • Non-Admin Company Users can now be granted the following Time Tracking permissions 
    
    • Cannot View
    • Can View & Create 
    • Can Create, Edit, & Delete 
    • User can view/manage time entries for other users 

FILES 

• Verified PDFs download and display in all instances 
• Confirmed uploads containing multiple files are successful in all instances

ONPLAN™ SCHEDULING

• Ensured editing predecessor tasks does not result in the duplication of schedule line items 

TO DO LISTS

• Removed the ability to create To Dos from Schedule Templates using SmartLink™

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

• Updated the Trial Account creation page
