ONPLAN™ SCHEDULING

• Updates to the Print options for OnPlan™ Schedules including:
  
  • Print Single Page
    • Selecting “Print Single Page” no longer forces the page size selector to Fit to Page; instead the “Print Single Page” option shrinks the columns and rows so the OnPlan™ Schedule fits comfortably on the page
    • If there are too many days selected for the chosen page size, a warning message will alert users that they can only print so many days within the selected Print options
    • If there are too many tasks selected for the chosen page size, a warning message will alert users that they can only print so many tasks within the selected Print options
    • Once rows are below a certain width, text is no longer printed in the Gantt chart
    • Once columns are below a certain width, the Gantt Header only shows years
      
  • Tasks to Print
    • Groups Only
      
      • Applicable to “Gantt View Only” and “Gantt and List View” options
      • Groups in the Gantt Chart show as a solid gray bar on the printed schedule
      • Sub groups in the Gantt Chart show as a lighter gray on the printed schedule
        
    • Select Tasks
      • Users can now select a range of tasks to print (e.g. 1-4)
      • Users can also select multiple single tasks or multiple task ranges by separating them with commas (e.g. 1-4, 6, 8-20)
      • Tasks print in the exact order they are listed (e.g. 1-4 will print in order starting at task 1 and ending at task 4; 20-15 will print in reverse order starting at task 20 and ending at task 15)
      • If the same task number is included in the list twice, an “Each task can only be included one time” warning message will appear, and printing will be prohibited 
        
  • Scale
    • Options include: 
      
      • Days - which continues to function as normal
        Weeks - which scales printed schedule so only the Monday of each week appears in the header
        Months - which scales printed schedule to months and years rather than days, weeks, & months
        
    • This option is disabled if the “Detailed List View Only” option is selected in the modal

MESSAGING

• New Conversations created on the CO™ Mobile App from Message Drafts created on the browser version of ConstructionOnline™ persist once created

GAMEPLANS

• Updated the Email Subject Line for GamePlan Emails to read “GamePlan for [RECIPIENT’S DISPLAY NAME] - [TIME PERIOD]”
  • For example: GamePlan for John Smith - New 28 Days
    

TO DOS

• Ensured timeframe filter persists and To Dos remain filtered after refresh
