UDA Technologies continues to invest in the speed & stability of ConstructionOnline™ with regular updates, enhancements, and new features added to the award-winning construction management platform, including -

CLIENT SELECTIONS

Updated system logic so that users are informed of character limits for the different Selection Choice fields and are prompted to correct inputs before being allowed to create new Selection Choices or save edits to an existing Selection Choice
- The following character limits are in place for the respective Selection Choice fields -
  - Name: 256 characters
  - External Vendor: 256 characters
  - URL: 2048 characters
  - Model Number: 100 characters
  - UPC: 100 characters
  - SKU: 100 characters

CHANGE ORDERS

Ensured that Change Orders can be exported to Excel for Projects with commas present in the Project Name

CONTACTS

Confirmed users can create new Job Titles within the Companies tool in all instances

COMPANY EMPLOYEES

Updated system logic so that the Permissions column within the Company Employees table always converts from “Invite Sent” to “Manage Permissions” after the Company Employee logs into their ConstructionOnline account

INVOICING

Verified that the Invoiced To Date cells display a value of 0 when creating the first Invoice within a Project

LEAD TRACKING

Confirmed Non-Admin Company Users with “Can View” Lead Tracking permissions are unable to trigger the new Lead creation wizard in all instances

NOTIFICATIONS

Ensured ConstructionOnline Activity Summary emails are sent to all eligible users in all instances

CLIENTLINK™ / TEAMLINK™ PORTAL

Confirmed ClientLink Users can access Projects they have been assigned to in instances where the Project Creator left the Company that owned the Project
