UDA Technologies continues to advance ConstructionOnline™ with powerful new tools and targeted enhancements designed to improve visibility, strengthen collaboration, and streamline project workflows. This week's release introduces granular sheet sharing for Redline™ Planroom, along with targeted improvements across Change Orders, Estimating, Messaging, and more. 

REDLINE™ PLANROOM

• Redline Sheets can now be shared on a user-level basis for both ClientLink™ and TeamLink™ Users, giving construction teams greater control over plan visibility and access. Rather than sharing plan sheets globally across all portal users, teams can now designate specific users to view individual selected sheets. 
  
  • Share with selected Users—Selected sheets are visible only to the specific ClientLink and/or TeamLink Users chosen from the corresponding user list. 
    
    • ClientLink and TeamLink permissions must be configured to allow Redline Planroom viewing in order for individually shared sheets to be visible to designated users. 

CHANGE ORDERS

• Change Order exports consistently include all records when Select All is chosen, delivering complete and accurate export results. 
  
  • Project-level exports exclusively include Change Orders associated with that Project, while Company Overview exports capture all Change Orders across every Project and Project Template. 
• ClientLink Users see Change Orders according to configured ClientLink permissions, ensuring appropriate access throughout the review process.
• Multi-Line Change Order markup values update as expected when edited, supporting accurate financial tracking. 
• Change Order email notifications sent to ClientLink Users consistently display Client Price information, providing a clear and relevant view of Change Order details. 

ONCOST™ ESTIMATING

• The Send to QuickBooks and Import from QuickBooks options from the Estimating Toolbars now redirect users to the Accounting Integration page when the active Project is not linked to QuickBooks.

MESSAGING 

• Message Conversations can now be linked directly to existing Opportunities when creating a Message from the Company Overview or sharing a ConstructionOnline Report via Messaging.

COMPANY PROJECTS 

• Key Roles within the Project table now save and update reliably, including edits to individual Project Key Roles and associated Custom Value.
  

   

PURCHASING 

• Purchase Orders associated with newly created Vendors can now be sent directly to QuickBooks. 

COMPANY REPORTING 

• Detailed Proposal Subtotalscalculate accurately when Company Overhead & Margin is displayed as a separate line item rather than prorated across the proposal. 

CLIENTLINK™/ TEAMLINK™ PORTALS

• QR Code generation for Project Files from within the Portal is exclusively available for TeamLink Users, aligning Portal capabilities with the distinct roles of clients and subcontractors.
