This week's release introduces the ability to create estimates directly from Redline™ Takeoff, along with updates across Company Reporting, Lead Tracking, and more.

ONCOST™ ESTIMATING

• Estimates can now be created directly from Redline™ Takeoff when starting a new project estimate, giving construction teams a faster path from plan measurements to fully structured estimates.
  • The new Create with Redline Takeoff option is available within the estimate creation workflow based on subscription level and available project Takeoff data.
    • When Takeoff is available within the account and project Takeoff data exists, authorized users can generate an estimate directly from their project Takeoff measurements. 
  • Estimate creation automatically leverages existing Takeoff information, reducing manual estimate setup and helping teams move from quantity takeoff to estimating more efficiently.
• Enhancements to the Import from Excel option streamline template access during estimate creation with an inline Download Template link. 

COMPANY REPORTING 

• New options for Pending Selections and Selection Book reports deliver greater control over the details captured and displayed across selection reporting. Both reports now include Show Selection and Show Choice controls—allowing users to customize the details displayed at the selection and choice level within each report.
  • Pending Selections Report
    • Show Selection — Notes, Location, Due Date, Milestone, and Allowance.
    • Show Choice — Notes, Vendor, Item Webpage, Cost Breakdown, and Price.
      
  • Selection Book Report 
    
    • Show Selection — Notes, Location, Due Date, Milestone, Allowance, and Approved/Net. 
      
    • Show Choice — Notes, Vendor, Item Webpage, Cost Breakdown, and Price. 
• Current Contract Summary reports generated at the Subcategories & Items detail level now focus exclusively on subcategory and item-level information, providing a cleaner contract view.
• The Schedule Milestone Report now includes a dedicated Show Milestone section with display options for Description, Resources, Percent Complete, Priority, Status, Cost Impact, and Task Type.
  • Milestone Name and Date remain visible within the report by default. 

CHANGE ORDERS

• Change Order Exports now capture all eligible Change Orders, ensuring complete and accurate export results, supporting comprehensive reporting and data analysis. 

FILES

• HEIC file uploads now process consistently across ConstructionOnline in all expected instances. 

LEAD TRACKING

• Lead Contact Activity Logs now display only relevant lead-related entries for clearer visibility into prospect interactions.
• Lead Opened Events now reliably reflect the correct time within Lead Tracking.

OPPORTUNITIES

• Opportunity Estimates now load tax data consistently in all expected instances, regardless of how the estimate is accessed. 

CLIENTLINK™/ TEAMLINK™ PORTALS

• The Project Overview within the Portal now accurately reflects the number of Submittals awaiting response, supporting consistent project tracking and clearer communciation.
