UDA Technologies continues to invest in the speed & stability of UDA ConstructionOnline™ with regular updates, enhancements, and new features added to the award-winning construction project management platform, including -

CHANGE ORDERS

• Added option that allows the inclusion of "Draft" Change Orders in the Change Order Summary Report

COMPANY COSTBOOKS

• Added the ability to Set Coverage Rates when importing Costbooks
  • Added to columns to the Costbook Import/Export Excel Templates, including Purchase Unit Coverage and Unit of Measure Coverage
  • Updated the templates' ReadMe sheet to explain what a Coverage Rate is and how the data in these columns is used to set the Coverage Rate of Costbook Items
  • Modified Costbook Export methods to include data for new columns, Purchase Unit Coverage and Unit of Measure Coverage
  • If the values are not set at the time of Costbook Import/Export, they default to a value of 1
• Added ability for users to be able to filter Costbook Items on Excel Exports by Resource, Classification, and/or Purchase Unit

ESTIMATING

• Updated system handling of zero-dollar line items in Company Overhead & Margin, specifically as related to ConstructionOnline™ Invoices and the creation of Estimate v. Invoiced Reports

CHECKLISTS & PUNCH LISTS

• Updated Item List Views for Checklists and Punch Lists, so that Due Dates for Items and Item Issues are now included in the List View display

CLIENTLINK™ / TEAMLINK™ SETTINGS

• Revised how edits are applied to custom Project Invitation Email Messages to prevent empty Project Invitations from being generated in the instance that a Company User deletes the custom Email Message and sends a Preview Message prior to saving changes
• ClientLink™ and/or TeamLink™ Users no longer have access to the Share to ClientLink™ / TeamLink™ commands on the "Share" menu in Redline™ Planroom

CONTACTS

• Updated Contact Sorting to verify consistent, accurate alphanumeric sorts are applied to Contacts in all appropriate instances

FILES & PHOTOS

• Enhanced system recognition of unsupported File Types and updated system response when an unsupported File Type is detected. Attempting to open an unsupported File Type will launch a popup notification telling the user that the File Type is unsupported. 

OPPORTUNITIES

• Users can now select a blank option for the following Opportunity-related fields: 
  • Opportunity Type
  • Opportunity Stage
  • Opportunity Source

REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION (RFIs)

• Users can now filter RFIs by Status
  • Resolved: RFI marked as Resolved
  • Waiting: RFI (unresolved), not overdue
  • Overdue: RFI (unresolved), overdue
