UDA Technologies continues to invest in the speed & stability of ConstructionOnline™ with regular updates, enhancements, and new features added to the award-winning construction project management platform, including -

TRUEVISION™ PROJECT HEALTH

• Added new drill-in views for all features within Project Health
  • Drill-in views navigate users to expanded tables containing more detailed information regarding the progress of their ConstructionOnline™ Projects
  • Drill-in views can be accessed by clicking the “See More” options from the Project Health Overview or by clicking on the hyperlinked feature names  

• Updated the Project Health Financials widget to display the Project’s assigned currency rather than defaulting to $/USD

ONCOST™ ESTIMATING

• Updated Estimate Creation sequences to encourage the use of 3-Level Estimate Detail structures within ConstructionOnline™ 
  • 3-Level Estimate Detail structures are the recommended structure type for new Estimates and Estimate Templates created within ConstructionOnline™ as they are compatible with Advanced Estimating features such as Costbook Items/Assemblies, Redline™ Takeoff, and ConstructionOnline’s new OnPoint™ Proposal Wizard
• Confirmed Company Overhead & Margin correctly populates on Simple Estimate Proposals in all instances 
• Confirmed Estimate vs. Actuals Reports pulls QuickBooks Actuals data in all instances
• Purchase Orders and Requests for Quotes now display the Project’s assigned currency rather than defaulting to $/USD  

INVOICING

• Added the option to include Category, Company Overhead & Margin, and Selections header rows on Detailed Invoices and Invoice Payment Reports. These Report options appear within:  
  • Invoice Details > Print Invoice > Invoice Report Options (for Detailed Invoices) 
  • Invoice Details > Payments > Print Receipt > Payment Report Options (for Invoice Payment Reports)
• Ensured all Payment Column controls within Invoice and Invoice Payment Reports function in every instance 
• Updated margin and alignment formatting for Invoice and Invoice Payment Reports 

ONPOINT™ PROPOSAL WIZARD

• Added option to Show/Hide table headers when generating OnPoint™ Proposals

COMMUNICATION REPORTS

• Verified Work Order Reports exclude Schedule Tasks when selecting appropriate filters

REDLINE™ PLANROOM

• Users are now redirected to the Publish Log after uploading a plan set

  • If the newly uploaded plan set is not immediately available, a message will appear informing the user that the upload is processing

CHANGE ORDERS 

• Ensured Change Order Numbers correctly populate when importing Change Orders from Excel
  • The Change Order Number populates from the number on the imported Excel file 
  • If the number field is empty on the import file, the Change Order will be created without a number

OPPORTUNITIES

• Verified that manually setting the Opportunity Number from the Opportunity Details modal saves and updates the Opportunity Number in all instances

CO™ MOBILE APP

• Updated Checklist and Punch List Items to load Assigned/Related Resources when accessed from the Mobile App
• Added ability to add contacts to BCC and CC fields in Messages 
• Links included in SMS Messages now direct users to the CO™ Mobile App instead of opening ConstructionOnline™ on a mobile browser
